When I questioned how much the materials were I was told that they could use a cheaper material, but this would cause the labor to increase. We ended up using another company. The estimate was pretty close to what Artisan quoted, but I could at least understand the breakdown of what I was paying. I'm sure Victor is a nice guy and I'm sure he does fine work, but if I can't get straight answers on your estimate I'm going to shop elsewhere.

This took about a month. Then they said they filed a claim with the Manufacturer. Two months later told me that they mistakenly had not filed the claim. Once all this was done. They gave me an estimate and then said they had made a mistake and raised the price $1100. I contacted their CEO and made her aware of the problem. Never heard back, so my fear is that their lack of concern for their customer starts at the very top. My opinion is if you are looking for an efficient, accurate and customer focused company. Pass on this one.

He provided a consultation for my indoor floors, but then I had him also look at my garage floor and he said he was able to do the work I was looking for, which is what I will be reviewing here today. I had a few cracks in my garage floor and was looking to Epoxy it to protect it for the winter. Dave explained to me his process and how it differs from the competition which helps keep his cost low. The best part about Dave was that he stuck to the quote he gave me, with no surprises or additional ask for money, and he started when he said he would, got the job done quick, and finished when he said he would - anyone who has worked with contractors before knows this is a rarity! Dave was respectful and treated the place with care, and I would recommend his work to others. We think the garage looks great! This leaked behind our fridge and into our wood floors for weeks before the water level was high enough to puddle. We had a specific wood type that we were hoping to replicate. Thankfully Unique Wood Floors carried that same wood type. After my initial call, their project manager Jim contacted us to schedule a visit. We had our estimate less than a day after our visit. We stopped by their showroom in St. Paul and spoke with Michael who helped us view the flooring we were interested in. We placed our order for our flooring. Within a few weeks we were contacted for our installation. Our installer was named Al. More like super Al! Al tore out our old flooring which looked to be a very tough job. He then installed our new floor. As Al was wrapping up, first he swept the floor, then he was back down on his hand and knees with a towel wiping our floor clean. Wow. Talk about commitment. We were also impressed that Jim stopped out to check on the progress, then again after the install was completed to make sure everything looked good. Not only did it look good, we felt it looked great! I have to admit, I am very particular about how things look and our floor really looks great.
