I have just accepted the huge loss but I'd caution others in terms of doing so much at such a high cost for nothing (other than an incredibly swollen and painful face for about 3 weeks). I'm only giving them 2 stars because they helped me get in the car after the treatment since I was quite sick after so much poking.

The threading was precise and clean, and the henna tint looked natural and beautifully shaped. The facial was the highlight. It started with warm steam to relax me and open my pores, followed by a cleanse, gentle exfoliation, extractions, a mask, and a wonderful massage of my shoulders, neck, temples, and face. Keya, my esthetician, was thorough -- gentle where I needed it and firm but relaxing with her pressure where it counted. Afterward my face looked brighter and my skin felt so clean I didn't even want to touch it (lol). I'll be honest about why this meant so much: I'd had a facial here before with a different person that wasn't a good experience, and I'd left a detailed review about it. But the owner went out of her way to make it right -- she told me she valued my business and offered me a complimentary facial. Keya more than delivered. That kind of care, and the turnaround from my first visit, says everything about how this place treats its clients. The spa is spotless and welcoming, and everyone was so friendly.
