My daughter and I went in on Saturday afternoon for eye brow threading. This was not our first time…read morehere. They were crowded with no place to sit in the waiting area. There were two ladies doing eye brows, waxing etc. and two stylists doing hair. They were all pretty much stationed close to the entry door. We stood for a few minutes then were shown to a seat in an area towards the back. As this was not either of our first times to get our brows threaded, it was surprising how fast the lady did them. Needless to say neither of us were pleased with the results. I did not want to ask her to try to correct what she had done for fear of having them really botched. Usually when I have eye brow threading the person uses an antiseptic afterwards to sooth the area threaded, not here. She asked if I wanted her to use a filler to "shape" my brows, I said yes, then she tried to sell me the filler. First the price was $20 but when I declined, the price went to $15...which did not sit well with me. I declined her offer of course. The price for eye brow threading was $12 on THIS DAY...There are no prices posted mind you, but the price has been different every time I have been. The last time I was there I was originally told $14, when I questioned the price, she "remembered" that it should was $10. Today the price was $12. I did not question the lady because I was already unhappy with the whole experience. My daughter paid for both of us. We told the lady that we were together but she rung us up separately stating that she misunderstood. When I checked my daughter's online bank statement I discovered that she had been charged $12 for one of us and $14 for the other! Also, my daughter was not given a receipt, we were told that it would be texted to me as my number was in their system, I never received a text. I am very unhappy and will be going back this morning to show them where they charged too much. It is only $2 but for the sake of principle, I will let them know that I am aware of their poor business practices and basic dishonesty. Needless to say, I will never have any service done here and do not recommend them.

Five stars for Beau's Lash and Brow Spa! I had my brows, lip, and chin threaded, my eyebrows henna…read moretinted, and a facial -- and I left thrilled with every bit of it. The threading was precise and clean, and the henna tint looked natural and beautifully shaped. The facial was the highlight. It started with warm steam to relax me and open my pores, followed by a cleanse, gentle exfoliation, extractions, a mask, and a wonderful massage of my shoulders, neck, temples, and face. Keya, my esthetician, was thorough -- gentle where I needed it and firm but relaxing with her pressure where it counted. Afterward my face looked brighter and my skin felt so clean I didn't even want to touch it (lol). I'll be honest about why this meant so much: I'd had a facial here before with a different person that wasn't a good experience, and I'd left a detailed review about it. But the owner went out of her way to make it right -- she told me she valued my business and offered me a complimentary facial. Keya more than delivered. That kind of care, and the turnaround from my first visit, says everything about how this place treats its clients. The spa is spotless and welcoming, and everyone was so friendly. I'm a loyal customer now. Highly recommend -- and ask for Keya!

I went in to their establishment and was asked what service I wanted, I told them a pedicure. They had 3 techs working and they each had someone they were doing nails on cool no problem I'm willing to wait for a reasonable time. So I'm sitting waiting when one of their regulars come in, one of the ladies automatically tell her to come to her chair ok still no problem maybe she had an appt. So I'm still waiting and then another regular comes in that wants her eyebrows waxed so you tell her you will get her inbetween ok still cool so then another regular comes in at this point I've been waiting for 30 minutes, you tell her it's gonna be 10 min for her to get a pedicure ok cool maybe you plan on pulling us both back at the same time. Still waiting and then the wax lady says she'll just come back, well you don't want to lose the money so you tell her to go ahead to the back stop working on the person you was waiting on and go to the back to do her wax. Then one of the other technicians finish well instead of you tell me who has now been waiting 45 minutes to go to the pedicure area you tell the person who came in after I had already been waiting 30 min to go to the pedi area meanwhile I'm still waiting. Oh okay I politely walked myself right on out, I can't change that I decided to give them a chance or that I waited 45 minutes but I can change me spending my hard earned money with them. Definitely won't attempt to use or recommend anyone going to them.
