Today, I was told the wait would be about 10 minutes, but I ended up waiting for an entire hour. When the staff member finally came to get me, the waxing room was locked, and she laughed, saying 'maybe tomorrow.' I found this extremely unprofessional and very disappointing. While the specialist provides excellent eyebrow waxing, it's not worth it if every visit ends with my time wasted.

The first apt I left with my hair died dark almost black on the bottom layer with the copper still in just one the top. I was understanding and came in for a second time to allow the designer to fix it for free. Not only did the second attempt come out worse, but the THIRD attempt made my hair look 10x worse than before I even came in. I messaged the owner asking for a refund. I was understanding knowing time and resources went into it so I only asked for atleast half. I paid $150 for my hair to be butchered. I was told my hair just "didn't hold the color I wanted". I was even asked to pay MORE after the third attempt. I was told the policy is to fix not to refund hair. What happens after the third fix?? The last email I received said it was "under review" and that was over 2 weeks ago. I sent a follow up email about a week ago and still nothing. I wasted my time and energy and it has taken weeks for someone to even communicate with me, still have yet to receive an email about what they wanted to do about it.
