Still waiting a while for some other pieces-- & restringing-- that I wish had been ready a week ago so that I could have handed them to the person I wanted to give them too but...I am sure the quality will be nice and there is always the mail. A knowledgeable staff person examined my ring and saw the bent prong. She took the piece straight to the jeweler doing repairs and in a quick moment, my ring was fixed. One lovingly performed cleaning later I was out and on my way in 15min, treated royally and efficiently. So grateful as I was dreading doing this errand. The second was a key ring with a metal tag kind of like a thick spoon handle with "Believe Science" stamped on it. I also found a leather bracelet for myself. There were a lot of interesting items in this story including jewelry, hand towels, cards. It was fun to explore. The owner was very friendly and engaging. The staff is helpful but unintrusive; if you want pants to match a shirt they will scour the store until they find exactly what you are looking for, and then leave you alone to shop your heart out some more.
