Tried to get cash from the ATM. When I declined the conversion for a fee, it told me my bank was…read moreunavailable. I called my bank to see what the issue was and they said they had not received a request for funds for my account. However, when I accepted the conversion fee, suddenly my bank was available. I paid almost $25 for $100. If I had not needed the cash, I would not have done it, but I did. What a scam! I will avoid this bank if I can.

The night I got there, around 7:45 ish, there were two staff members working at the desk. The specific staff member who helped was great, and I was in and out in 10 mins, with my issue solved.
