Said we gave her only 5 twenties. I told her you counted it right in front of us then you tried to rip us off. She says " what do you think that I'm stupid " She re counted her whole drawer and says she is twenty short - she is a liar. I said you have cameras - have your boss check them. The boss goes to the back and checks them out - boss is gone for ten minutes. She calls the old gal to the back. She comes out and gives us our sixty worth of euros without even saying she is sorry. She is a liar and a cheat. If you go here - watch it if she is behind the window.

After trying a few samples out of the moisturiser i realised that it was not suited to my skin (I had also consulted a Dermatologist who had also advised me that this cream was too rich for me). When i tried to return the product (in full packaging and with a receipt), the owner refused to refund me my money (EUR 140!!) and was also not willing to exchange it for another product. After speaking to several people in Amsterdam in the beauty industry i was told that this is not normal and that the owner had behaved very badly. I would definitely not recommend this salon to anyone - the owner clearly tries to push her very expensive products onto customers and has absolutely no idea how to treat customers and look after them!

It started with one wheel collapsing and it eventually ended up being completely broken. These people sell plastic rubbish for a lot of money. I came to the shop today and politely asked for either a refund or exchange for another suitcase or a bag (with a receipt) and the owner didn't care as they usually don't. He told me the only option is to sell me another bag for a half price. As I was refusing to do that non-sense stuff, his tone got higher he ended up shouting at me. The whole street was starring into the store. Ridiculous and quite scary. This is a pure SCAM, stay away from this place.

Stay away and if you are so unfortunate to have a 100 Euro bill, which is good money last time I checked, get it changed to your next shopping spree, maybe in a nice shop... do not leave ANY money to this people.
