I'm afraid i had a very bad experience at this salon recently. I had a facial treatment there and was advised by the owner (Esther) to purchase a few products from the Valmont line (a very expensive Swiss brand). After trying a few samples out of the moisturiser i realised that it was not suited to my skin (I had also consulted a Dermatologist who had also advised me that this cream was too rich for me). When i tried to return the product (in full packaging and with a receipt), the owner refused to refund me my money (EUR 140!!) and was also not willing to exchange it for another product. After speaking to several people in Amsterdam in the beauty industry i was told that this is not normal and that the owner had behaved very badly. I would definitely not recommend this salon to anyone - the owner clearly tries to push her very expensive products onto customers and has absolutely no idea how to treat customers and look after them! read more
