1 Euro transaction to change a 100 Euro bill to smaller pieces? Really? Total rip off... I wonder if it is even legal. Stay away and if you are so unfortunate to have a 100 Euro bill, which is good money last time I checked, get it changed to your next shopping spree, maybe in a nice shop... do not leave ANY money to this people. (you can buy something at the Apple store just beside... and immediately return your purchase... for a full refund :) ) I felt I have to write this. They charge 5 euros for each tax refund bill you have. That's a total rip off and they don't tell u first that you can mail it to avoid paying commission. The man looked angry when I asked "must I pay the 5 euros commission". If I could give 0 stars I would! Also, when i changed my mind and wanted to get cash again, he told me it's "too much work" to do it again. It takes him 5 minutes.. it's definitely not too much work. read more
