I think I paid $4 or less at another thrift store. I've seen the same item several times for around $10 at the antique malls. The Echoes tag says this item goes for up to $35 online. This isn't even true. I checked the recent eBay sold listings and it's actually selling for around $6-$8. This store also attempted to sell two fully decorated Christmas trees with storage containers for $300 each. Do you go to a small Christian thrift store looking to spend $300? I don't. The tree has sat there since November. It's now the "bargain price" of $100, four days before Christmas. Most people are not looking to buy a decorated tree this close to Christmas. Had it been priced at $100 - instead of $300 - back in November then maybe it would have sold!?

I like this store because it's very clean on the inside and people are very helpful. I had to take my cousin here who's up there in years and is disabled . There is plenty of parking in the front of the whole store for disabled people. Also, there's an area where I can drop off goods. Please don't put them in a landfill. If you have something you don't need consider going here if you live close by. Don't stick it in your garage taking up room when you can give it to somebody that could really really use it. The store is arranged according me again, very clean on the inside employees very hopeful while I was there for about 45 minutes. A lot of people came in the store or we're leaving the store. I was on a mission to find some frames because I do a lot of artwork, and I was very pleased with what I found the items I got were priced accordingly my cousin also was able to find what she was looking for for a very small amount of money. There are places listed on Yelp that don't exist, and lots of places not listed at all. Sure, we could pick up the phone and try calling to see if someplace exists, and while that can be hit or miss as well, we're the kind of people who are fine with the journey, even if the destination turns out to be a bust. Eroding Winds was indeed open on a Saturday, and we ended up buying 7-10 used albums. They had a wide selection of new and used albums, and on the floor were also collections of discount albums, even as low as $2. The cheaper records might not be in pristine shape, which makes sense, but for $2, we were willing to gamble on some! They also signed us up for some sort of loyalty program where you get an average of the amount you've spent back on a future purchase. We'll be back.

Also picked up some British made Easter chocolates for the nieces and some unnecessary condiments for the pantry. One of them, assorted colored jalapenos in vinegar. No bueno.. I wonder how long that jar had been sitting, the texture of the jalapenos is yucky. But the rest, the rest was grand! Had I, more space in the boot, would have left with more items.. Maybe next time I'm in the area. When checking out, make sure to try the hand sanitizer next to their registers. Comes off the hands quickly. Though the smell is difficult to recognize.
