The very next day, the washer was having the exact same problem, and I was then told another part needed to be replaced. I feel the issue was misdiagnosed during the first visit, and I'm frustrated that I was charged for a repair that did not fix the problem. What made the experience worse was the lack of communication. The technician never explained to me that there could be other issues with the washer, never showed me what was wrong, and never discussed any other possible repairs or costs. He simply replaced the pump, scribbled a note on the receipt, and then asked me for payment. As a new mom with a brand-new baby at home, I was already in a stressful situation, and I honestly feel like the lack of explanation and transparency took advantage of that situation. I would have expected the technician to clearly explain his diagnosis, what he was repairing, and whether there were other potential problems before charging me for the work. I reached out to the company afterward to explain my concerns and give them an opportunity to make things right. Unfortunately, they made no effort to resolve the issue, offer any refund or adjustment, or otherwise address my concerns. Overall, I feel I was charged for a repair that did not solve the problem, was not given adequate information about the diagnosis, and was then asked to pay for yet another repair. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

My dog was sick and made a real mess on one of the carpets. I called to get a quote from Zerorez…read more I was told they had a four room special for $165.00. Because of the pet mess it would be an additional $50.00. I was fine with that and scheduled an appointment. I was expecting to pay approximately $250.00 with taxes etc. I was shocked when they were done and handed me a bill for their service $835.00. The guy did a great job, carpets look new, however the quote was only 1/4 of the actual cost. I will watch and see if these spots bleed back through. There is supposed to be to be a 30 day guarantee (I wonder if it's really free). I called their office to let them know how unhappy I was with the quote being so far off and was told they can't see my carpet therefore additional steps may need to be done. I have never had a quote to be this far off. No real explanation and certainly no apology offered. For this reason I won't be recommending them to family and friends.
