As in SEVERAL texts. 48 days late. I checked the bank and it showed the amount was paid right after I received the bill. Here's where it went sideways. Each building has an address so pointe sent me TWO bills for the same amount. I ordered A, as in ONE, service call for the entire property but pointe decided to make the bills for two addresses and never informed me. Talking on the phone to them just burned my a$$ and was going nowhere. I finally figured out they were billing for two separate addresses instead of the ENTIRE PROPERTY like I ordered. The late notice texts NEVER indicated the exact same bill amount was for two separate addresses. I was so fed up with this dog & pony show I terminated them. I've called the local number several times (9 times) to pay the remaining balance by CC but it keeps saying they're to busy to answer. I fired Senske (another business like pointe) for the same type of bs. Now, on to a local company that actually wants the business & I can actually deal with.

Fair warning I can be long winded at times! We had a small…read more"flood" that stemmed from a frozen pipe (winter temperature down below 10 degrees F) from wall out to our washer. The water flowed under our washer down to the street (under our garage door). Plus through the wall on the other side/down the indoor flight of steps/down to the full daylight basement. Needless to say we needed: carpet/pad/drywall removed & area totally dried so No mold/mildew could grow. Once we new homeowners found out who/which kind of company to call, they were "Johnny on the spot" with their acknowledgment/scheduling/professional compassion! They came out the night of the day we called. They inspected/cleaned/dried areas affected by our small flood. Were very respectful of our family/pets while they worked. We would highly recommend this fine company for your catastrophe!

I am appalled at the treatment I have received after explaining the financial situation with my…read morelate fathers estate!! My fathers service was held July 3rd, 2018 after he'd passed away June 24th. In September I received a call about our balance owing. At that time I explained that my fathers funds were frozen and I was waiting on some papers to release the funds. I gave them the information to contact the manager at Hapo Credit Union to confirm this information. Obviously if I was avoiding payment I wouldn't have even bothered trying to explain things!! Even after speaking with the Hapo manager, Einan's sent me to collections. Of course I'm irate as it's barely been 3 months!! I call to speak with someone in AR, which happened to be the same woman I'd spoke with in September. She very rudely told me she had no choice but to send me to collection. I too work in AR and know this is not true! She proceeded to tell me it's been over 6 months delinquent. I countered with the date he passed...again, barely 3 months! When I asked to speak to her superior, she told me she Holly would be in the following day in the morning. I called the following day (a Friday) and was told she was out. I left her a voicemail asking for a return call. Today, Monday, I have yet to hear back! The worst part...the balance owing is a little over $1800. It isn't even for the full amount of services. (My father had most of it prepaid) I've never encountered such a greedy, impatient, rude and down right cold business in my life!! I understand completely the need to collect payments in a timely manner, but in some cases there is a need for a bit more time. If I hadn't communicated with them about what was going on, I'd also understand, but the ONE time I was called, I immediately responded with all the information explaining the situation. I hope that this post helps at least one family avoid going through this hell in an already difficult time!!

I own a small business in my home and needed an electrician to put in an outlet…read more I had my appointment scheduled for 2 weeks and was very clear that my schedule was not flexible, I took the entire day off and needed this service for equipment that was going to be used later in the week. 15 minutes after they were supposed to show up, I got a call saying that due to "unforeseen circumstances" the tech called out and they needed to reschedule. The receptionist was very fake in her concern and didn't offer any help. I had to call another company last minute to get what I needed. They didn't care that I lost out on a full days work, they didn't care that I needed the work to be done today and they offered no other solution for today. They are not reliable and I will not be using this company

Very disappointed with this service. My washer stopped draining, so I called this company for a…read morerepair. On the first visit, the technician replaced the drain pump. The very next day, the washer was having the exact same problem, and I was then told another part needed to be replaced. I feel the issue was misdiagnosed during the first visit, and I'm frustrated that I was charged for a repair that did not fix the problem. What made the experience worse was the lack of communication. The technician never explained to me that there could be other issues with the washer, never showed me what was wrong, and never discussed any other possible repairs or costs. He simply replaced the pump, scribbled a note on the receipt, and then asked me for payment. As a new mom with a brand-new baby at home, I was already in a stressful situation, and I honestly feel like the lack of explanation and transparency took advantage of that situation. I would have expected the technician to clearly explain his diagnosis, what he was repairing, and whether there were other potential problems before charging me for the work. I reached out to the company afterward to explain my concerns and give them an opportunity to make things right. Unfortunately, they made no effort to resolve the issue, offer any refund or adjustment, or otherwise address my concerns. Overall, I feel I was charged for a repair that did not solve the problem, was not given adequate information about the diagnosis, and was then asked to pay for yet another repair. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
