From the moment she arrived, she handled everything with professionalism, calmness, and care--walking us through each document and making sure it was all done correctly without adding any stress to an already overwhelming situation. What truly meant the most was her compassion. She recognized the urgency and importance of what we were facing and went above and beyond to help us without hesitation. Her kindness and generosity during such a critical moment is something we will never forget. If you need a mobile notary who is reliable, responsive, and genuinely cares--Kirsten is the one to call. Shortly after, it began leaking again. Our mechanic removed it again and took it back only to be told the fluids caused the problem. The hynautic fluid did not appear to be bad, but we drained, flushed and replaced the fluids. The owner, Rock, said it was our problem and charged us again. Once again, our mechanic reinstalled it only to have it leak. This time the owner said it leaked due to a scratch we caused. There were no scratches when we took it in. Nine hundred dollars worth of rebuilds and $900 in labor all for nothing. Now we need a new steering ram $2200. Plus labor. After much persuasion the owner begrudgingly refunded $446. We will NEVER do business there again!

This review is on behalf of my employer, a home services management company, that had an extremely…read moreunfortunate and unprofessional experience with Norpac and the business owner. We contacted Norpac to inspect a home for one of our homeowners. Our company manages home services for many thousands of homeowners across the United States and we are successful because we partner with quality service providers who represent professional work of integrity we can count on. The Norpac website claims the business "values honesty, integrity..and guarantee your satisfaction" This was far from the experience we had with Norpac. The business owner was dismissive and abrasive of our employee's communication along with the homeowner's specific needs and requests. This resulted in an exhaustive exchange where in the end no work was completed, but a full charge to our homeowner by Norpac. We lost communication with the business owner while working to resolve the matter, yet continued receiving invoices. Of course, we took care of our homeowner to their satisfaction by covering the unjust costs, but we will not be working with Norpac and would recommend avoid working with them as well.
