Asked the guy and he told me it was like that. He said dealers hide scratches and after detailing they show. I understand that but the problem is that i own my vehicle for 5 years now and is not the first time to get it detailed. Showed my hood to a few other detail places and they all told me that it was the chemical, machine or something Dr Detail did wrong. The problem is that i need to pay $400 to FIX this guys detailing.

Best car wash/ detail job I've ever experienced. I requested a quote to have mine and my wife's…read morevehicle detailed and I got an response within 10 minutes along with available times and dates. Stacy (wife) is very responsive and very professional. After confirming date and time for service I found out my wife already had plans and her vehicle would not be available to get serviced. I informed them that only my vehicle would be available and they were very accommodating. The day of service they showed up right on time. Jelani and Terrel (father and son) were very professional and did an amazing detail job on the interior and exterior. The service is definitely worth the (reasonable) price. I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for. Like the saying goes, "Cheap seafood ain't good and good seafood ain't cheap." After they were done I asked if I could get on the schedule to have my wife's vehicle detailed and they scheduled me right away for the following day. Again, they were punctual and showed up when they said they would. Once again, they did an awesome detailing job on my wife's vehicle as they did on mine. I will definitely recommend this, family owned, business to friends and neighbors.

Absolutely Outstanding Experience!…read more I had LLumar IRX installed on the windows of my new Lexus RZ300e by A-Action Mobile Window Tinting, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Tom and Missy bring over 30 years of experience to the table, and it truly shows in their professionalism, attention to detail, and deep knowledge of the craft. From start to finish, they were a pleasure to work with--friendly, punctual, and incredibly thorough. The quality of the installation is flawless, and the performance of the LLumar IRX film is exactly what I was hoping for. I've already recommended A-Action to several colleagues at work, and I'll continue to do so. If you're looking for top-tier window tinting with expert service, look no further. I was very disappointed with both dealerships they basically told me "Too Bad" we are booked! I found Don's and was at the service center 1st thing the next morning without an appointment or speaking with anyone. They also were fully booked with appointments but given my circumstances took my car in and diagnosed and repaired the same day! They saved our vacation! Woody and these guys are exceptional! I was shocked at the low cost of the repair, Range Rover would've charged twice that much to just to diagnose!

Here is my Google review: Since there is a text limit on google reviews I decided to screenshot my…read morereview and add it to the images. Now... To respond to the Shop owner... It's genuinely astonishing that after 42 years in business, this is the level of professionalism and maturity displayed -- both in workmanship and in communication. I truly hope you keep your original response public, because it perfectly illustrates exactly what I and others have had to deal with. Rather than taking accountability, your reply is defensive, condescending, and riddled with petty digs -- including one directed at my girlfriend, which is incredibly unprofessional and unnecessary. You speak as though you're above your customers, yet your response shows the opposite: a lack of ownership, a lack of basic courtesy, and an apparent inability to address valid concerns without resorting to belittlement. To clarify a few things: First, regarding the bumper damage, I actually contacted AAA well before your response was posted and apologized for initially assuming the damage happened at your shop. I've attached proof of that conversation to show that I took responsibility for the misunderstanding -- something your response could stand to learn from. I asked AAA for the before photos of my truck because the after photos -- the ones taken at your shop -- did not match what I saw in person. Even the AAA agent reviewing the photos agreed the damage was not clearly visible in the second image. So while I admitted my mistake, your response takes a moment for grandstanding rather than simply acknowledging the confusion and moving on. As for the state of my truck -- residue left by your "highly trained technicians," mixed-up keys, and receiving the wrong invoice -- you dismiss it all with excuses. A truly professional business would acknowledge the oversight, apologize, and ensure it doesn't happen again. Instead, your response just reinforces the lack of accountability I experienced in person. Regarding the fuel: you claim the $20 in gas was necessary to flush the system, yet 5+ gallons for that task seems questionable without further detail. You also mention recalibrating the onboard computers -- but system recalibration is generally necessary only when components like new injectors are installed. Since that wasn't disclosed, I have every right to question what was actually done. Ultimately, I'm relieved I'll never have to return to this shop. This experience has been nothing short of a lesson in how not to treat customers. For anyone reading this: my original review and the owner's response speak for themselves. If you value professionalism, accountability, and basic respect -- you may want to look elsewhere.
