I pulled around the truck and parked at the gate. When Rick opened the gate the man in the truck told Rick I butt the line which was not true no one was in the truck I thought it was abandoned. I was trying to explain what happened why I was parked by the gate. Rick hollered and screamed at me and said talk to all the people behind me, don't tell him nothing he doesn't want to hear what went on. He was saying he knew his friend for 30 years and he believes him. I was so shocked because I have been going to this shop for over 10 years and gave Rick a lot of referrals. For him to talk to me like he did was appalling I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I ask a friend I referred had he did that before and he said yes he does it all the time. OMG terrible I will never support him again. I am so sad because he was telling me to take my car somewhere else. All I was doing was trying to explain that I was not trying to butt that truck it looked abandoned and I pulled around. I know people have bad days but this was the worse. No respect, hollering constantly and no professionalism with this shop. I will never go back and will never give him any more referrals. He doesn't give women no respect he's terrible.

About 2 hous later I got a call from Mark and he told me what was the issue and gave me a quote...all the other local mechanics gave me quotes before even looking at my car. To make a long story short the work Mark recommend saved me 400 bucks!!! If u want an honest..fair priced mechanic go see Mark.

I had purchased a regulator for the rear driver's side door, intending to replace it, but that ambition ended quickly once I removed the door panel and saw that it was not a job for the faint of heart - or those limited in patience (me). Anyway, I picked up the car that same day with all windows working perfectly. Mike explained to me exactly what had caused the rear windows to cease functioning (I already knew that the driver's door window motor had failed). The job cost me MUCH less than I had expected to pay, and I drove out of there one happy camper. I highly recommend these guys.

When we discovered that the radio and…read morespeaker system was not working through a test drive, our salesman, Anthony, said no problem-- sign the papers today and come back and we'll fix the car next week. Lo and behold, another gentleman came out and our original salesman disappeared to hide in the managers office. Now everything Anthony had said didn't count towards anything, they no longer would sell the car AT ALL. They had the most disjointed communication I have ever seen at a dealership (coming from two people who have bought three cars this year) A waste of time and the most slimey car salesmen-- they live up to their reputation of being unreliable and liars. I have also filed a BBB report. It's illegal to post a car and not honor the sales price.

Long story short got run around from the owner about warranty times and excuses on why there not going to honor a warranty or stand behind there work. When it came down to brass tax I even offered to pay for a new part out of pocket as long as they would cover there labor. Any reasonable shop owner would stand behind a $600 job especially if the customer is willing to pay for a new part. Evidently not this place ... Specifically stated that they stand by there work and the parts they install at time of purchase If your looking for a shop that is honest look somewhere else in my experience this place is not it. TLDR: Pay $600 for part / repair, comeback with repair paperwork after part breaks only to get runaround and excuses on why there "warranty" does not apply to me taking my dollars else ware.

The car seemed to struggle hesitating and he said it was normal. (Hint: it isn't). It had a bunch of problems that would have cost about $2500 to fix-- the value of the car. Another technique that he seemed to use was a lot of white lies to build sympathy and rapport with the customer. ie. "I have this kind of car yada yada." I don't like being manipulated and know exactly what he was doing, but I can't trust anyone that is so willing to lie. I did check out a couple of other dealers and most did seem much more humble. We had just purchased new tires, but I went against my gut and did not take it somewhere else for a second opinion. I ended up selling the car to the owner for $300 and gave him the title. About a month ago, I started receiving calls from someone saying I was still listed as the owner and that the car had been impounded. It turned into a whole situation. The person who had the car was an elderly gentleman who said he had bought it from them, but he had no proper paperwork and did not seem to fully understand what had happened. My name was somehow still on the title even though I had thought I had signed it over. I had to go speak with the police an hour away from my homr and help this man get the car out of impound because it was his only means of transportation and he is elderly. Meanwhile, I left repeated messages for the owner of Forest Park and never received a call back. No explanation. No help. No accountability. This was extremely frustrating and, honestly, upsetting. Based on my experience, I do not find this business to be honest or honorable. I strongly recommend steering clear and taking your vehicle somewhere else.
