When I finally complained, they became aggressively defensive, sending multiple texts trying to excuse not finishing the job. They were hired without a contract. I hope nobody else makes this mistake. They charged $1000 for parts and $4000 for less than 8 hours of labor, again, without finishing completing even half of the requested services.

Mine wasn't an emergency situation so they came out the next week. We set a day and time and Chase was right on time. The install went smoothly. They only use Bradford White which was what I wanted anyway. They installed the water heater, a pressure valve, a new expansion tank, plus I wanted it in a pan with a drain line running to my sump (just in case). Best prices in KC area. However, after gaining our trust, they charged $420 for 1 3/4 hours of actual labor. They did this by charging us for the employees time to get to our house (along with a $25 charge for gas, etc) and $120 per hour to go get parts we had already told them 4 times that we needed. After it was done, the faucet still leaked and it took 4 calls to get them to come back and make a simple fix. Never again!
