She was there until she transitioned to kindergarten. My son is currently there in the preschool side and has been there since 5 months old. Both of my kids have thrived from being part of their program! My son is now 2.5 years old and has flourished because of their patience and dedication! What I love: **dedicated staff! All the teachers are super sweet and have a genuine interest in working with children! It's not just a job and you can tell. My kids adore all the teachers! They do so much for the kids. It's important for me to know that if my child cries or is having an off day that they will be comforted. They are very loving and patient! This gives me peace of mind! **Zoo-phonics- I love that they teach the alphabet using zoo-phonics!! Now that my daughter is in kinder they use zoo-phonics to learn how to read and it's been so helpful that she is already used to using zoo-phonics. **curriculum- each month the teachers teach around a specific theme/subject. Whether it's learning about community helpers and bringing in Pomona fire department or our Pomona PD to learning about photosynthesis! Yup! They teach them early about how plants grow and they do tons of science activities with them! I'm always amazed at the end of the month going through all of their art work and activities they did. I get to have awesome keepsakes! Each week the focus on a letter/number/color. This past November they even taught them about Day of the Dead which I loved and appreciated. The teachers also focus on their social/emotional development! *directors- Since we've been there for a long time we've seen the transitions they've gone through and I can honestly say that they keep improving and that's only because of the new director/s. When Cristina became director she improved so many things like having an app to sign our kids in. The current directors have been amazing! They transitioned into their roles during the pandemic which is not easy! They've done an excellent job. They were both previously teachers there which is extremely helpful. They communicate with parents often and give us an opportunity to participate. ** potty training--can you say "woohoo" because they help you with the potty training!!! They use pull-ups to train them (a lot cleaner lol) some may not like it but honestly since lots of them are potty training they catch on quickly and next thing you know, no more pull-ups!! Each classroom has a bathroom with a small toilet so it makes it easier for them!

Since Cristina took over as the director (1-2years ago), I have seen an improvement with the staff, security, cleanliness, and curriculum. She also implemented the online Kinderlime app that allows parents to view pictures of their kids throughout the day, eat/sleep/potty schedule, activities and will message you with important info about your child or about what is going on with the center. She is seen everywhere around the center making sure everything is ran smoothly, fixing things, cutting branches that interfere with the playground area, plunging a toilet like today, volunteering with parents on a weekend to improve the daycare, fundraising for a new playground, working on stricter security measures, etc. This woman unstoppable. A force to be reckoned with. My daughter had Lidia as an infant (treated my daughter like her own, but does not work there any longer), had Ms. Brenda / Ms. Taylor & Ms. Lilliana (My dream team) when she was 1-2yrs old. My daughter Loves these ladies, especially Ms. Taylor. She currently has Ms. Kammy, whom is the BEST for this age group. She is great with the kids. My daughter has learned so much in her classroom. However, I would not know this until many days later because I was in a coma fighting for my life. I woke up at Pomona Valley Hospital on 05/15/19 and I had no idea what had happened. As I became more conscious I learned I was driving my Son home from school; when a young man under the influence of alcohol and drugs crashed into me. My amazing Son Julian was killed instantly and I was badly hurt and unconscious. Virtually everyone who saw me at the hospital told me they were sure I would not make it. My Femur, Tibia, Fibula, Calcaneus, Sternum, Ribs 5-7, Mandible, and Nose were broken. Both my lungs collapsed, I had 2 strokes, and got pneumonia while at the hospital. The day of the accident my wife Jessica called Pastor Lincoln. He immediately started a prayer chain, and had Church/School Officials go to Pomona Valley Hospital to console Jessica and see my condition. They brought water and snacks for my family and prayed for us. I was told Mrs. Lee held my hand and prayed for me for about an hour. My Son Julian's Teacher Mr. Pate came and gave condolences and valuable advice to my Wife. A lot of people from Calvary (most we didn't know or didn't know well) came to the hospital to give support and prayers. It was immensely remarkable. It was my first lesson in TRUE GENUINE CHRISTIANITY. Pastor Lincoln helped my wife with Julian's funeral arrangements and planning. School was actually cancelled the day of Julian's funeral which was held at Calvary Church. I have a lot more to say and many others to thank. However, it is hard to concentrate fully and put everything to words. I'll make it simple, deciding to have Julian attend school at Calvary was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. I have met some of the most spiritually beautiful people I have ever encountered. I really believe with all my heart the only reason I am alive, is because of the prayer chain Pastor Lincoln started. Seriously, Calvary Baptist School and Church is absolutely amazing and Godly to the max. Thank you for all you have done for my family and myself.

I have had my child in Catholic school since she was 4 Years old, unfortunately her old school shut down so it is the only reason why I moved her to OLA. She is 7 years old and she is forgetting her prayers, this school feels more of a high end public school in uniform, I did not feel it high standards on their curriculum or religion. I pulled her out and moved her to another Catholic school and I am excited to start our journey with them, their administrative staff is amazing, they try to be involved with the families since the first day you meet them.
