I got regular updates (and pictures) so we knew the two cats were absolutely fine and that helped us to have a stress free few days out of town. They include litter box cleaning in the service, which is also really helpful and they offer a lot of flexibility in what type of pet visits you need to schedule. Donna is most definitely willing to work with the pet owners and the communication was excellent. I also appreciate that Go Away Pet Sitting also has a good online tool for communicating, scheduling and getting updates as well as billing.
