One complaint I have is that croissants are always burnt. Never one time have they been cooked at the right level. They want to make sure the inside is cooked but the outside isn't golden it's always dark and over crispy. Today I had a scone but the ratio of toppings to dough was off a bit. Perhaps oven temperature? There isn't enough space for customers to maneuver and while they do have a microwave for you to heat up food that isn't heated through it's a cheapo Hamilton one from Walmart. It would make a big difference in customer service for them to upgrade to a higher wattage microwave that is maybe professional grade. Both for the staff behind the counter and the one available to customers. Simple fix that I think would help the line move quicker. Staff are always courteous and kind.
