Went in there to make an appointment for my bike to have fluids changed and stood there for an hour while the old fart played on the computer...the young one was running his fanny off and finally got to us, since by then the old one had walked out, never having acknowledged my existence. Took my bike to get service and because there was an electrical issue from me putting the inner fairing on told him if it takes more than "1" hour to give me a call because it's $80 an hour. They've had it all week and when I decided to drive by there the bikes just sitting out front so I called him and he said his oh yeah it's ready. So I get there thinking I'm only going to be paying $280 instead he said it took 5 extra hours to find the problem so now instead of me paying $280 I'm paying $580!!!! Smh never once got a phone call to check to see if it was okay to continue wasn't able to tell me what was wrong with it. And then just to top it all off my kickstand is broken and there was nothing wrong with it at all before I took it there. I'm always willing to give somebody a chance but once you screw me over that's it. I definitely would not take a bike they're not even my 2 year olds bicycle.
