Really good coffee spot! I ordered the iced matcha, and it was absolutely perfect--smooth, refreshing, and just the right balance of flavor. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. This is a super cute coffee shop not far from downtown Blairsville next to King's Pharmacy behind CVS. The vibes here are everything you could want in a coffee shop and have wonderful Christian music playing. I'm not an everyday coffee drinker, but very much enjoyed the mocha cold brew I had. They have a wide range of menu options and sell bagged coffee and apparel as well. They also have some food items. If you're in the area and looking to support local, this is your place! The cafe itself was cute, but I feel the photos did not align with the expectations it has set for itself. The coffee in the photos also doesn't align with how it's served. The drinks were just...ok. The service also was not that friendly. Felt very stand off-ish which is odd for a coffee shop like this. They also didn't have lids for hot coffee and the drink carrier they gave was awful. read more

We were only in town for the day. After dinner I wanted coffee for the trip home with a little dessert flavor. I got a Turtle Frappe and it was amazing! We also had great conversation with the gentleman working that evening and found we had a mutual love for the best steak in Dallas, TX. We will definitely go back our next time in town. read more

No chance that there are better coffees around than abide. We had it the first day of our vacation here. Came back every day since! We had the white mocha coffee, cold brew with Irish cream, regular cold brew and my wife had a raspberry macchiato with extra raspberry. Along with the awesome drive through service, we just couldn't help coming back! read more

This little hidden treasure is an answered prayer for this on-the-go self employed hustler. In between long distance appointments I am always looking for a place with fast WiFi, warm beverages, and a quiet disposition to work. Hallelujah! I have found my Blairsville go-to hot spot. They have milk substitutes and stay open till 10PM. I'm a happy camper till my next appointment at 6. Wish they have more food options but let's not get greedy. Try them out. Really good craft coffee! Pretty sure they use a Cecilware Venezia espresso machine but I can't remember. They said they get their beans from a roaster near Helen but I can't remember the name of the place, but either way the espresso is good! They have flavors but I didn't get any so I'm not sure what kind they have. But if you enjoy a nice simple cup like me, this place is good! They decor is really nice and simple too, very rustic modern. Found this place passing through. I like to find coffee shops that know what they're doing and this place seems to have it down. We tried another coffee shop around the corner and it was basic diner tasting brew, so I was super happy to finally get a decent cup! read more

This little coffee shop is a treasure. The relaxing atmosphere is inviting as you walk into the building. Then the service is warm, friendly, and helpful. They even gave me some "Gorilla tape" to fix a monitor screen I needed. Then, the drink--an iced carmel macchiato--was superb. I'm not a fan of these kind of coffee drinks, but this one recommended to me was a winner! Also, had a 6 pack of chocolate chip cookies that was so good, I didn't even feel bad about how many calories were just consumed. If you are in Blairsville, GA do yourself a favor and go to Abide Coffee, you will be glad you did. If I lived here, this would be my new coffee shop. read more

I walked over from seasons hotel where I had slept like a baby after taking a zero while hiking the AT. I believe it was the owner who made my coffee. He was a really great guy, the coffee was smooth and had a good kick. Definitely recommend. read more

Hidden gem! New coffee shop at Merchant's Walk in Blairsville. We travel through this area and are always on the lookout for good coffee and were psyched to find Abide Coffee! The barista/owner is highly trained and pulled the perfect shots of espresso. Lots of seating in attractive decor. They also plan to have coffee carts in the future which is great for travelers like us! read more

Nice to have a place in Blairsville that stays open late! Had coffee here a couple of times. The menu is limited but the barista was accommodating to my request and made me a great cup. Love the new lighting! Haven't been there to hear music yet. Definitely recommend. read more

Stopped in twice during our visit to Blairsville. We tried iced chai tea latte, cappuccino, and a coffee with caramel syrup. Our drinks were delicious both times! The atmosphere is welcoming, the place was spotless, and both of our baristas were friendly. We especially enjoyed browsing the community events bulletin board- we learned about a corn maze and found our evening entertainment! read more

Established in 2018.

My wife and I began this journey together in October of 2018. And opened our doors for the first time on January 11, 2019! We could not be more excited to be a part of an incredible town and culture!

Meet the Business Owner: Anthony Z.

I am a 33 year old with a wife and 4 absolutely amazing children! Our family is active in a local church and look forward to spreading the good news and some good coffee! We moved into Blairsville permanently in June of 2018, however, we have been visiting and working on our home since 2006. We love the town and long to create a culture of coffee and Jesus! Our goal has always been to provide a place that not only will teens and young adults have to feel safe and free of the normal pressure of daily life and just be themselves, but also to their parents. So they have the peace of mind that if their kids are out and at Abide, they know they are safe and in an encouraging environment.

We were greeted right away and chose to go with their sampler, any 8 tastes for $7. Now don't get too excited, they are thimble sized, but it's a great way to find the shine you'll love. On this day there wasn't a bad on on the batch. They offer cocktails made with all of their moonshine and spirits. I ended up picking up two bottles, The first was their "Barrel Aged Shine" a limited edition, 109 proof, 2 year corn whiskey shine. It was, and I say was, because it only lasted Thanksgiving weekend, a fantastic moonshine whiskey. Perfect for a stiff old fashioned. I am tempted to make the three hour round trip to pick up another one. The second was their Sorghum Rum. I'm not sure if there's a lot of competition in the sorghum rum space, but this is definitely a winner. A very sweet sipping rum, absolutely delicious on its own or in a cocktail. I am definitely pacing this bottle to make sure it lasts until I can make it back to Blairsville. They have a stage and different events, so it would be fun to come back and hang out longer.
