Very disappointed! My delivery window was 11 a.m.- 2 p.m. By 3 p.m. I called and was informed the truck would arrive by 5 p.m. At 4:38 p.m. the driver calls but does not leave a message. I return the call to discover the truck is across the street and one block down. The driver refused to deliver fearing damage to the truck! This is the 2nd attempt using them. The furniture was damaged the first time. My calls to the company consisted of a looped recording only to be dropped after so long waiting. Several hundreds of dollars are now A.W.O.L! read more

The company did great on showing up on time and delivering the 2 appliances I ordered. However, I paid extra to have them take them into the house and up 1 set of stairs. The driver said that he was alone and couldn't do any of that, so he left the items in the garage. I'm glad he didn't leave them outside, but now I have to rent an appliance dolly to get these moved into the house. I paid for a service that I didn't get, and there really wasn't a valid reason. The worst people I have very dealt with in my life. I have never encountered such disrespect and laziness with any service. Starts off being 2 hours late when I was given a 5 hour deliver window. No call or apology. Even though I paid to have my appliance delivered inside of my home, the driver, whom called me asshole, tried to leave the delivery on the street. I refused it and thanked him for his time. He proceeded to lie to the person on the phone regarding our encounter and then throws is lunch trash on the ground in my neighbors yard. This company was great!! I had a huge 400lb item being delivered on a pallet curbside. The first freight company contracted All Freight to make the actual home delivery. needed to be there to ensure the item was not damaged before I accepted it. The company worked with me to make it a time I could be there and not lose work. The owner/manager Jason was really courteous and went way beyond helpful to make that happen. I was really impressed with him and the help the customer out attitude you do not usually find with a shipping/freight company. I would totally recommend them if you need a large freight item shipped. I was worried about the fact two separate freight companies were being used but the item looked the boxes were in pristine condition when I received them. I dont know if every large shipment goes this well but mine sure did. read more

I would like to give a great review for this company who went above and beyond to help me with my shipment. I received an incorrect 400 lb package from a seller which was required to be returned. The original shipping company recommended All Freight Trucking and I am so glad they did. I dealt with an employee by the name of Jesse who was polite, efficient, professional and a valuable asset to his company for sure. I have dealt with many shipping companies over the years in my own business and this company I have to say gets 5 stars in my opinion. This company has horrible delivery and it takes them forever to get products to customers. Not to mention that when they do show up, the delivery person is too lazy to get out of the truck and knock on the door. They call one time with an unrecognizable number and do not leave a message, then they say they called multiple times. LAME! I have had the same problem with this company two times now and wish people that I buy products from would STOP using them for delivery. If you want your freight damage, lost, etc. use ALL FREIGHT TRUCKING. They are the interline company that the major haulers use that don't deliver to our location. The very first shipment that we received from them, was so damaged, we had to return the freight back to the manufacturer for repairs. We had them drop off the freight that didn't belong to us and we try to give back to the driver and he refused to take back. Now we are trying to schedule all our freight with only freight companies that deliver direct to us. read more

The guys at All Freight were awesome. I bought an antique piece of furniture from a dealer in LA and All Freight picked it up for me and brought it out to Riverside. The first time the driver went out there we could not get a hold of the guys selling the furniture and I thought I was screwed. Frankie at All Freight saved the day by sending his driver out there again the next day and was able to get the item. I know I was a tiny customer compared with what they are used to dealing with but they took good care of me. read more

Have experience as a professional driver for many years and responded to All Freight job opening posted online. I took all the time to drive there, pay for my H6 DMV printout, brought my resume and certificates, etc... The receptionist was cold and unprofessional. Didn't even know about job posting. The man who set up the interview was not even there. Saw Cesar briefly. He said he was not in charge of hiring, and left my paperwork on another guy's desk, promising me that I would receive a call that afternoon... In summary, I am glad they never called me to drive for them if this is the way they treat potential employees. Would not surprise me if they went out of business soon. read more

Accepted a large item delivered by Ronny, the driver. There was no place to leave the pallet outside or in the parking garage safely and I could never have done it alone, so he offered to get it to the 5th floor on the small dolly. However, parked cars and obstacles blocked the way to the elevator. He was very sweet and didn't give up, and ultimately we found another way on a different elevator. He could have just dumped it outside anyway, but he didn't. Service above and beyond the call of duty! read more

My arena drag came from ABI in TX. Delivery was supposed to be through Sayai Trucking. But when they found out I live on a dirt road with some hills they contracted All Freight Trucking to bring out my arena drag. Set up delivery on phone with easy to understand young man. Brought out on time and in great condition. Driver was professional and courteous and I watched him drive slow and easy on our dirt road and driveway. Not like some delivery companies who drive like bats out of hell on our dirt road. Very happy with their service and would not hesitate to have them deliver for me again. My Tractor Supply Online delivery was passed from TS to XPO and now All Freight. No one answers the phone. The finally called back and lied about when they would deliver my order. They never showed up. This is a terrible freight company. Don't do business with TS, XPO or All Freight. They can't be reached by phone and will hold your delivery hostage for as long as they feel like it. I ordered AND PAID in mid-November and as of December 13th I still have nothing. These guys are great! From the initial call to set up a delivery to the actually delivery, everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional and working their best to get the job done quickly. We set up the delivery - but as happens, the driver got a bit behind and I couldn't wait the extra half an hour or so that it would take him to get there. Gabriel worked with hard to see if there was some way to make it work - but there just wasn't for that day. So we rescheduled for the next day -- and turned out, I was the first delivery that morning. I got a call from both Gabriel and the driver about 30 minutes out - and was ready when I heard the truck pull up. Great company to work with - wish I had more things to be delivered!! read more

I used All Freight trucking to deliver crates of tile from Anaheim tile row to my home two years ago. It was a great experience. Prompt and timely. Last week we decided to tile up the garage so I went to tile row again and the tile place said I had to use their freight company so I agreed. However because it was a holiday weekend they said I couldn't get it until 5 days later. So I called All Freight and within hours All Freight was at the tile place picking it up. They delivered it on Saturday at 9am as requested. The driver Martin pulled up and handled the 2,000 crates of tile with a pallet jack like a pro. That much weight is not easy to handle. He put the crates in my driveway as I requested and even went out of his way to help me haul some of the tiles inside manually due to the slope of my driveway. If you know how to plan a project properly then All Freight Trucking is the company to use. They're 2-for-2 with me! I'm sure it'll be 3-for-3 for my next project! read more

Its been more than 2 months and I still have not received my merchandise. They scheduled a delivery a month ago and lost the merchandise. Called the day that the merchandise was suppose to be delivered and couldn't find it. I kept on trying to get my merchandise by contacting them but they kept telling me it was on it way. After more than 2 months they said the truck brought in my merchandise and set another appointment. The day of the delivery I called to make sure the merchandise was coming and they told me the drive was sick and that he would not be delivering it. A few days later All Freight called to set another appointment. I told them I would take off of work again. The day before the delivery date I called them to make sure they were coming. They told me they were coming and then called me back later in the day and said the driver would not deliver my merchandise. Trust me on this don't ever use this company. HORRIBLE ! A large order was due to be delivered to Kankakee,Illinois. I received a telephone call, person stated that my delivery address would not appear on their GPS. I proceeded to give the caller from All Freight directions to the delivery location. The caller kept saying Los Angeles, and when I told him to just go buy a new GPS he hung the phone up! Repeated attempts to contact the company were met by a voice recording from Ceasar. Calls to where the delivery items originated, show that All Freight crossed out Kankakee, Ill.on the delivery paperwork, and were attempting to deliver to Los Angeles! This error, will cost THOUSANDS of dollars ! Not recommended to anyone considering using this worthless company! read more

Tried calling the business but with no answer and no return call I'm questioning everything. $1000 package is in the wind and I do not feel comfortable at all. Definitely would not recommend. Was supposed to deliver on the 26th, no call, no show. Get a call on Wednesday saying they just received our package that day. Which is a lie. They received it five days before, confirmed by tracking and ABF who gave it to them. The rep says they can deliver the next day, we say no because we already took the scheduled day off. The rep says they can deliver it NEXT wednesday. We say no. We want it delivered that Friday. She says fine and theyll be here between ten and two that friday. Get a call today, thursday, while in a meeting, saying theyre at our house to deliver our package. We say that cant be right because we have it scheduled for tomorrow and THIS rep says that it was scheduled for today and he cant help what the order says. Both reps have said this. They cant seem to do anything right and take a freaking week to drive a couple of hours for delivery. read more
