Expected a delivery today. The driver (whose name is Gabriel) called me. He tried to speak to me in Spanish. I explained to him I didn't understand. All I heard was "15 min". Cool. I called my handyman who was set to install the delivery to come over cause I assumed the delivery was about to be dropped off. 10 min later driver calls me again...continues to speak in Spanish. I still don't understand. I send him several text messages about my location. Called a few times and the driver doesn't pick up. Call their dispatch 10 min later only to find out the driver has left and head back on the freeway. Huh?!?! Spoke to Jesse at their office. He assured me that someone would deliver the shipment in 4-5 hours later with a different driver. It's now 7 hours later. No phone call. No sign of a driver. No sign of my shipment. Just a worthless freight company with zero idea what they are doing. These people have no business in the shipping industry if you A) Can't speak English to the people you are trying to coordinate delivery to. B) Don't return messages about late shipments. read more

I have read all the negative reviews and am here to say I had an EXTREMELY POSITIVE experience with this company. Home Depot really messed up my delivery. If you read their reviews on TrustPilot, you will be warned that Customer Service and follow-up is nil (and that is exactly what I experienced). The manufacturer had my flooring picked up a Monday. Delivery was PROMISED by Wednesday. Home Depot's links to tracking lead to an unreachable website. Needless to say, delivery on Wednesday wasn't going to happen (and I had a contractor scheduled to start on Thursday). If I hadn't done the following, my delivery would not have happened until the following week. Fortunately Google was my hero. I was able to find the freight company, YRC, who handed it over to Reddaway. Reddaway handed it over to All Freight. After a couple of hours calling, I spoke with EVA at All Freight, telling her my 'story'. It was late Wednesday afternoon, they had just received my items from Reddaway & their truck was already loaded for Thursday. EVA went the extra mile to make sure my delivery would happen on Thursday. ALFREDO arrived Thursday at noon and unloaded my 700lb delivery leaving it where I requested. My dealings with All Freight started out a bit rocky but turned out great. The problem was with the driver and someone who answers the phone. However, once the problem got to the powers that be they couldn't have been more kind, concerned and helpful. I am truly convinced the issue was not only handled with me, but they took action and made massive policy changes in how situations like mine get handled. I always have said that a big ol' mess up shows the true character of a company. In the end they can come out with more customer loyalty if they handle things properly than they would have if the transaction were smooth. This is most certainly one of those cases. I had a time sensitive order scheduled to be delivere, which they held for 6 days without calling me to schedule a delivery date and time. do I count them and schedule for there first availabLe opening, which they confirmed they would be delivering between 7am - 1pm. After no deliver, I contacted them and they told me they were too busy to get it on the truck and reschedule for the next day without contacting me. 3 hours later someone called me to tell me they wouldn't be making the delivery that was scheduled- what a joke! It seems like this company no longer cares about how many negative reviews they get, so here's another one to warn anyone who is still considering their services. I am still waiting for a delivery date for all of my flooring materials after my delivery scheduled for April 6 never came. I have been speaking with customer service and the manager on and off since the scheduled date and still can't get a solid answer on when my materials will arrive. My flooring installer usually charges $200/day for delays and only let me off the hook due to covid. Covid or not, the customer service is absolute garbage. I'll be avoiding this company like the plague and telling my colleagues in the construction industry to do the same. I'll also be asking companies I order from if they ship with AFT. If so, I'll be taking by business elsewhere. read more

This company sucks. I have been waiting for three weeks to get my item delivered. I have called this company numerous times about my delivery. Im always informed that they are unable to find it. Every time I call, the person always tells me they will call back with an update. I have yet to receive an update. The driver was aggressive and rude and intimidated the female who received the delivery. We paid close to $600 for the freight and the driver complained about having to off load it himself and then damaged the goods and destroyed the pallet. The front of house team are certainly professional and sweet. This is very concerning. I suggest stay away. read more

Terrible company. They cancelled two delivery appointments after they were the ones to pick the dates. The second appointment I waited most of the day for them to arrive. I finally called them only to be told that there wasn't enough freight to justify the run. They never even bothered to call me so I wouldn't waste a day. Then the manager Alex promised me that I would be the first delivery of the third rescheduled day at about 9:00. I waited and waited again. Finally called and was told that the delivery would be in the afternoon. Only up side was that the driver was nice. read more

Avoid At All Costs! I called on Wednesday and was told the delivery was scheduled for that day, but the driver was running late. I paid two employees to stay late but they never showed. I called on Friday and was told I had a confirmed appointment for delivery on Saturday between 10 am 3 pm. I asked her to confirm it was a Saturday delivery and she confirmed it. Today is Saturday: I couldn't reach anyone by phone, so I found All Freight Trucking on Facebook and sent them a DM. The reply was that "I had some misinformation" and they don't deliver on weekends. I was told I'd need to call on Monday to schedule a delivery and was told, "No one ever promised you delivery on Saturday." I've lost $350 paying employees to wait on confirmed deliveries from All Freight Trucking that never came. Read all the other 1-star reviews. They all say the same thing. read more

This group was supposed to deliver my water heater from Home Depot. They set the day to be delivered. On that day, I get a call saying my water heater would be delivered the following week. I had service lined up for the original day. Ok, so the following week, nothing, crickets. After canceling two appointments on the days of and causing me wasted time and money. They delivered today only after complaining to the manufacturer and drop shipper of the wood splitter I ordered. I would have added more stars if they would have been more proactive and not so nonchalant about repeatedly canceling appointments and offering bland excuses. On one of the days they cancelled I saw one of their trucks in my neighborhood! The truck that delivered my item was almost empty. I think All Freight needs to take a close look at how they schedule freight deliveries and tighten that process up a bit. read more

All Freight Trucking Rating Woohoo! As good as it gets! Courteous, timely and over and above helpful! I am so thankful and pleased with the service, people and company. I had a deadline for a remodel and was down to the wire. I called to schedule/ensure/beg for delivery and they were not only helpful, but Gabe explained the process, told me the time to call back to ensure they had the product and set a delivery time. After weeks of Home Depot and Estes Express Lines (trucking) screwing up literally everything about my flooring order, finally my products got into the hands of All Freight. In the whole simple process of ordering flooring and getting it delivered, All Freight was the only competent party that was involved. Big thanks to Donna for being a capable person who gave a great effort to see my delivery through. She also saw to it that I got up-to-date and accurate information on how All Freight was finally doing right what Home Depot and Estes Express Lines had done so wrongly. All freight has been just as posted below. They called me in mid-July 3 different days -telling me I had to be available 9AM-3. They never showed and stopped calling after the 3rd day. It is now Sept. 6th and I am waiting for the response from Friday as they check to see if they still have my Sheds. No response! Home Depot has been calling as well. I ordered these in June!!!! Reddaway transported them to All Freight By July 17th. These were "LifeTime" Sheds. Be weary of having them shipped to your home. You may never see them (over 3K spent). read more

If you want to find a company that does not deliver on the delivery date hire All Freight. I had a pickup scheduled in Sylmar for 12/12 set to deliver in Brea on 12/13 for a time sensitive project and the load had not been picked up on 12/13. I called All Freight, waited over 20 minutes for them to tell me that it was going to get delivered on 12/14 since they had not picked up the load. Had to find another trucking company that values the importance of sticking to dates since that is the key to business. Thank you All Freight and Happy Thursday. read more

UNRELIABLE and UNREACHABLE. 6 HR DELIVERY WINDOW. NO SHOW. I took time off from work to receive delivery at my vacation cabin (hours from where I live) and requested they contact me with any changes or issues. I was never contacted. Customer service does not answer at the phone numbers provided. Tracking does not answer. Dispatch picked up the phone and hung up immediately. No response to phone messages either. I eventually (many hours later) received an email response saying the driver didn't like the road and turned around, but would come back the next day- when no one will be there to receive the order. They refuse to give me a contact number and this issue is still unresolved. read more

Told driver would be to me in 30 minutes....called 1 hr later and was told item was not on truck so delivery would now be on Monday. Nothing came on Monday. Called on Tuesday...was told there was a mix up and I did not have a delivery. They called me today to tell me I have a delivery for this Thursday. I asked what happened to my last order. DO NOT USE... unless you don't want to get your package. My package had been held for 2+ weeks. They claim to have left me voicemails, but I only have record of one which I promptly returned. Why would I not return a call in order to get the important package my client ordered and was waiting on? It makes no sense. But here's the kicker, after I called them about my missing package (which had just been sitting with them) it took them THREE delivery attempts to get me the package. The first time, they could't get into the gate of the development, because despite the fact that I had given them the code, they didn't notate it or bother to use it. Second time, I had coordinated to leave a signed acceptance letter to allow them to leave the package at the door without me being physically present to sign. The driver never got out of the truck. Apparently, the driver called me when he was in front of the home, but never got out the truck to knock on the door or take the note. What delivery person doesn't get out of the vehicle? I returned the call 10 minutes later, and I was told it was too late, and they'd try again another time. By this point, I was livid, and escalated call as high as a could, because their customer service team is lacking the "service" aspect and always finds a way to make it your fault that the delivery failed. I finally got Andrew, and with his direct oversight, I finally got my package and true customer service. Working with Andrew was the only positive aspect of this entire experience, and the shame is that I had to escalate this matter several times before I was connected to someone that could actually yield results. The communication could have been so much better, whether it be the communication between the main office and their drivers or their customer service team and customers. I've never had to work so hard to get a package I ordered, and I'm glad to say this experience is behind me, so I never have to work with this company again. read more
