Carlos, the delivery driver, was very helpful and conscientious. He called once he got to the house and let me know my delivery arrived and asked where I wanted it. The package was super heavy but he managed to get it on the porch, which would have been difficult for me to do on my own. Really appreciate him calling, whereas another delivery person may have just left the package wherever and gone about his day. Thank you Carlos! I ordered the item through Home Depot, and the delivery company initially had my address and phone number wrong which is odd. But after calling Home Depot who called the delivery company who called All Freight which contracts for the delivery company in this area, we got the details worked out. I don't fault All Freight for this, and everything worked out so it's fine, but just a note for the middle delivery company as something clearly got lost in the comms getting that info to All Freight. I got a call on Friday informing me my delivery of a very expensive off-road axle was scheduled for 8am-1pm on the following Tuesday. I decided to take the day off of work since it was 5 hour window of my work day. I sat around my house until the delivery time window had passed and I called them at 1:15pm and was told it was "on the truck and out for delivery!" I called again at 5pm and she told me to hold while she called the driver. She came back after a few minutes and said that the driver didn't answer but she would call me back when she had an update. All Freight Trucking is one of the most disorganized and unreliable shipping companies we've ever dealt with. They were responsible for delivering our $21,000 generator, and the experience was a complete disaster. We were initially given a delivery window of March 28, 2025, between 7 AM - 12 PM. We rearranged our schedules to accommodate this, but no one showed up. When we called, they gave excuse after excuse--first, they were delayed at another stop, then they didn't have the right truck... After three failed attempts to deliver, we canceled the order and asked for a refund. At that point, All Freight refused to acknowledge their repeated failures, and AP Electric (the company we purchased from) kept saying they needed to check with the shipper before processing a refund. All Freight wasted our time, cost us money, and caused enormous frustration. They clearly don't care about fulfilling deliveries or communicating with customers. If your order is important and time-sensitive, do NOT trust this company to handle it. Would give zero stars if possible. Completely unprofessional. read more

Per the other reviews, this company is the absolute worst. They are 5 days late (and counting) delivering a freight package. I called and scheduled delivery 5 days in advance, I then drove 12 hours to be there to accept delivery on a Friday and the delivery never arrived. I called Monday morning, and they said the package would arrive now on Wednesday, and that I should call on Wednesday for a tighter delivery window than 9am-3pm. When I called on Wednesday, I was informed that they had misplaced the item, and that it wasn't going to go out until the next day. At the this point, I had called multiple times to ask to speak with the manager (Ron) only to get delayed and put off and never actually spoken to by anyone other than a CS rep. The general lack of caring expressed by the company is disturbing. The package still hasn't arrived, and there is no sense of when it might arrive. Worst company we have dealt with in a very long time. Unfortunately, we never got to meet Charlie, the wonderfully-reviewed delivery guy...... After calling us to set a delivery date/ time, we thought everything was on track. On the day of our delivery, I called during our delivery window just to be told that they could not fit our item in their truck. Why did they accept the item if they had no way to deliver it?? We actually had to hire a local moving company to go and get our item from them! They were useless!! How is a company like this still in business?? Excuses, denials of responsibility, and "parroting" of standard customer (non) service phrases only infuriated a bad situation! Update: When our item was picked up, the movers reported that All Freight had the same size trucks (and larger trucks) just sitting on their lot and personnel "just standing around". As an owner of two small lodges in Big Bear I deal with vendors constantly. That being said, I was extremely pleased by this trucking company. I was notified by Rosa three days.BEFORE my delivery date. It was a 1600 pound load and I needed to put in an exact spot, she said no problem. It'll be the next day., told me the delivery time, and then had the driver give me a heads up when he was five minutes away. WORST COMPANY EVER! We are currently remolding a house and have some materials being shipped via All Freight. They received our stuff on 5/28 and scheduled our delivery on 6/23, a month after. I understand things are delayed so fine. Here comes the nightmare - On the day of the delivery appointment, they didn't even bother to show up! We had to call to find out that our stuff did not make it on to the truck! As we are not at the house we were paying someone to be there all day to receive the shipment. Another appointment was made for today but still got nothing. After consistent following up via email and phone calls. I now gladly pay double just to avoid anyone shipping things to me using All Frieght. I'm not joking, we requested ULINE never use them again for our account and ULINE complied, now ship palettes worth of stuff to us via UPS at twice the cost. Unfortunately, sometimes you can't avoid All Freight's incompetence. Last month we ordered a new HVAC unit. It was shipped via Averitt (rail) who got it from Kentucky to SoCal in 3 days. Where Mountain Valley Express picked it up and handed it off to All Frieght the same day for local delivery. That was 2 weeks ago and it's still not here. But wait it's worse because they've also now promised to deliver it 3 times now and no showed. On Thursday July 9th the day they received it, I called and they said the soonest they could schedule delivery was Tuesday of the following week, July 14th. No one showed up, so I called. Of course first given the run around then promised "so sorry, we'll deliver it Thursday July 16th". Again, total no show. I call again. Then, again "oh so sorry, we'll deliver it next week, Tuesday July 21st". That's today and guess who no showed on me yet again. So I call a forth time. Forth time, again apologies and promises that they'll delivery it Thursday July 23rd. That'll be 2 WEEKS after Mountain Valley handed it off to them for local delivery. I'm not holding my breath. 4 days and two companies managed to get this LTL shipment from a warehouse in Kentucky to All-Frieght's warehouse in Riverside. Two weeks and All-Frieght has no-showed on 3 appointments to deliver this to an address 50 miles away from their warehouse. Avoid at all costs. read more

8/8/2022 11:00am Unreliable, disrespectful, and rude. All Freight Trucking called me three days before a delivery date to "coordinate" a delivery time. They were inflexible and could only deliver during the workweek. I took off work and drove 1.5 hours, to the site, the night before, to receive the delivery early in the morning. I got a call, an hour after the delivery window, from James, in appointments, to tell me that they weren't going to deliver. He said that their driver, Angel, could not deliver on the arranged, and agreed upon, "coordinated" delivery. He gave no reason for Angel's refusal to respect our contract and deliver. He then put me on hold, where he supposedly spoke with Rosie, in dispatch, who said that they wouldn't do anything to honor their commitment. Soon after, James said that I was tasking up his time and inconveniencing HIM and that he was, essentially done talking to me and didn't care about honoring his contract. When I pointed this out, Rosie got on the phone and said their manager, Ron, would contact me in 2.5 hours, when he came in, because nobody was there to make these decisions, although Rosie had told James that she had made the decision to not attempt to fulfill their contract. When I continued to try and find a solution, Rosie said that she had other things to do and hung up on me in mid-sentence. This company has soooo many very negative reviews, I find it hard to understand how Home Depot could continue to give them contracts and allow this company to be their representatives, unless they are unaware of All Freight Trucking's unreliability, unprofessionalism, and disrespectful employees. Update 8/8/2022 1:00pm: Ron, the manager, never called. I had to call him. He was just as unsympathetic and unprofessional as the others. He said that delivery today is now impossible. He threw his driver, Angel, under the bus and said that Angel's truck broke down and Angel didn't let anyone know until late. This implies that All Freight Trucking only has one unreliable truck, that breaks down often, to do their deliveries. Maybe this is the same driver that drove the company truck into a customer's carport in Palm Springs, and then fled the scene. He then told me that he could only deliver tomorrow (Tuesday) or Thursday, because they only deliver to my area on Tuesdays and Thursdays. There is a lie there, because if All Freight Trucking only delivers Tuesdays and Thursdays, then why did they schedule a delivery for today (Monday). If you are ordering from Home Depot, Make sure they do not use All Freight Trucking to deliver or, you too, will likely have to experience this terrible company first hand. If they don't care about Home Depot's customers or providing a good service, then they should not be in the business of delivering purchases for Home Depot. Home Depot should be more selective of the delivery services they choose to represent them. Update 8/11/2022 12:15pm: Today is Thursday, and was supposed to be the day (third "claimed" attempt) that All Freight Trucking was supposed to actually deliver my Home Depot purchase. However, I just got another call from James, where he told me that their truck broke down, AGAIN, 3.25 hours into the delivery window with only 45 minutes remaining. Now the delivery is supposedly scheduled for tomorrow, Friday, but All Freight Trucking is not known for honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, consideration of others, professionalism, respectful treatment of its customers, or having a good work ethic. I have already started a case with Home Depot regarding this, and all the history this company and their treatment of Home Depot customers. I will continue to update this review as events unfold to better inform anyone looking for a good shipping and delivery company. This is by far the worst shipping company i have ever dealt with. The original shipping company used was XPO Logistics, they then sub out some of their deliveries to All Freight Trucking. They have changed the delivery date on me 3 times then they didn't show up. They don't answer their phones. If you are lucky to get through and someone actually answers the phone you will be told that someone will call you back to assist you and they will not call back. This if for a large flooring shipment that they have had in their possession for 10 day at the time of writing this. I talked to a manager at XPO logistics and they stated they are aware of their poor service and are about to re-evaluate their contract. If given the choice i will never use this shipping company and I would gladly pay more for a company that will actually delivery the items ordered. Oh and they will try to blame covid, but you can easily look at their reviews and see that they have been giving horrible service long before Covid was happening. Worst Delivery service I have ever dealt with in my 59 years. No Social Media or business website. They do not call when promised and do not deliver when promised. After my stuff was passed off to them by SAIA who picked it up from the supplier, it entered a black hole. No tracking or PRO numbers, no estimated delivery time, no nothing. I've been waiting 3 weeks (item ordered on 7/31 and today is 8/21). Even the SAIA Customer Service couldn't reach an agent by phone. Once they finally returned their email, they basically lied because they did not meet the promised delivery date or call to schedule a new delivery as they told the SAIA rep they would. The fact that the Military Exchange chooses a company (SAIA) that would then hand off their customers items to a poorly run company like AFKI aka All Freight reflects badly on them and the way they choose to treat the Active Duty Military and Disabled Veterans like myself! read more

Absolutely the worst freight company I've dealt with. We are on day 2 of them failing to pick up a shipment in a pretty busy part of LA. I booked this freight for pick up yesterday morning around 11ish for a pick up before 4. I called at 2:30 to make sure they would be there before 4 and they said they wouldn't be picking up at all because there wasn't a driver in the area! The warehouse is in Long Beach near the port, there are constant trucks all day everyday, how they didn't have a truck in the busiest area of LA is beyond me. I emphasized to him that I needed it picked up ASAP on the next day. Today is that day. I called at 9am and they said they would picking up between 12-3 with 12 being the most likely pick up. I tell them repeatedly the warehouse closes at 3:30 on Friday so they need to be there at 3. They say no problem. 12 comes and goes and nada - I call at 12:40 and they swear they will be there before 3. I call again at 2:30 and I'm told 30min. I call at 3:00 and I'm told 10 min, I call at 3:12 and I'm told 5 min. I call at 3:22 and am told 8 min now! 3:30 - no sign of them, they say the driver is close he's just lost. Long story short, we keep the warehouse open until 4:30 and they never showed up and they stopped answering my calls. My customer wanted his tracking the day before, now my customer is upset that his shipment isn't even in progress and I can't give him a PRO #. Spend the extra money and go w ANYBODY else!! Update: I found out why this freight service is so horrible, according to their website they only have 2 drivers!! If I had not call I wouldn't have ever known. Order is 2 weeks late. They scheduled an order and the day of I called to ask where it was and they said driver never even picked up the order. Then the guy said he doesn't know what to do and they refused to deliver the order the same day it was supposed to be here.
