I have yet to find a place that will do this and it's almost a year since. They also do not recommend a place so essentially you might be left with a dress in a closet. If they're a specialty store they really should pair up with a vendor(s) & provide you a list especially for the price one pays.

I waited for the store to open. The young lady who opened the store saw me come in and went to the…read moreback. A few minutes later, an older employee arrived and offered assistance. I explained to her that I have two sweaters my granddaughters received as gifts that I wanted to exchange for larger sizes. She said I had to return them. She said I had to have the receipt or order number. Both sweaters came in the mail, obviously, as an online order. She said there was nothing she could do. I called customer service, and the employee struggled with English. I spoke with a supervisor who said that since the sweaters might be stolen, I would need the receipt order number or original credit card. They were a gift and definitely not stolen. I never liked this store for some reason, and today, it reminded me why. They sell marginal quality merchandise at inflated prices, and their exchange/return policy is horrible! Don't shop here for gifts or online with them unless you are 100,000% positive that you're buying the correct size!!!! I know that after the horrible customer service and third world return policy, I will never spend a dime with this company.
