The staff were all sooo sweet, helpful, and patient. The store had a really good selection of different dresses- different fabrics, styles, and colors. Prices were fair- the formal dresses ranged in price from around $60- $130. The store was clean and so organized, and aside from formal dresses they also had a lot of beautiful clothing for a night out on the town or special occasion like birthday, holiday, etc. If they don't have the dress in your size they also offer to ship it for free to your home. Really a top notch experience and I will most definitely come here again!

A few days later I received a phone call from what seemed like a very concerned customer service rep. And then I was mailed a coupon valid only at this outlet store. Wtf?! Why would I ever want to shop here again?! Also, it takes a lot more than a measly 30% coupon to help me forget the illegal actions of the employees here. I will NEVER step foot into this classless hell-hole poor excuse of a store. Gross.

Pricing is reasonable given that it's a private boutique in Miami and the clothes are adorable. Staff was extremely friendly and doesn't make you feel uncomfortable or stalk you around the store like many places do. The woman working there took note of specific styles I was trying on and went out of her way to recommend other things she thought I might like which was super helpful (and ultimately successfully dragged me into convincing myself I needed more lol).
