He walked in with no appointment and I believe he said he waited maybe 15 minutes and Alex was able to help him out. It wasn't until the follow up haircut that we found his barber. Alex has been such a great barber and she always tries her best to make sure he cut is exactly what he ask for. She even suggest that it might not look exactly like the photos because they hair thickness and style of the person in the photo is not the same. No matter what my boyfriend ask for, Alex always tries her best to make it happen. I also love that, if I don't go with him to his appointments, Alex always ask where I am. There was no wait time, immediately I was greeted by the friendly staff and this time Rose was available. She spoke English well and understood precisely what I wanted, but more importantly, she had the skills to deliver an excellent haircut.
