At first he would answer your phone calls and messages right away and after the deal became firm he won't even make the effort to call or text you back. I remember when he'd even come to me wherever i was just to make me sign the papers. Me and my sister were very disappointed with his Services. I didn't want to write this review, but the world needs to know his true side and colors. Me and my sister went directly to him to purchase a house and the day of the closing we noticed the top of the stove cracked and many scarches on the hard wood floors so we sent him pictures on WhatsApp, he just looked at the pictures and never replied back as if he didn't care and we meant nothing. He promises you one thing then backs out and says he can't do what he said. We went to him thinking he is a very honest realtor, boy we were wrong. Never go to him without your representing realtor because he will mess you up before you even know it. When it comes to his commission he starts calling the sellers a bad names and saying how cheap they are of only paying him 1%. You should not talk shit of the people's homes you are selling. Sometimes I wonder if he pays all these people to say what they say on his videos because that's how I got fooled. Please do yourself a favor and trust your hard-worked money on a true and honest realtor because there are many out there waiting to help you. This was a night mare and I will never go to him or refer anyone to him.
