Here is why: Tarek is very hardworking, friendly, patient, detail-oriented and much more as you will come to find out in this review. We are by no means easy clients and can be pretty difficult and picky. Tarek had the patience to work with us and showed us every single house we wanted to see immediately when we asked for it. One day we asked Tarek to view 7 houses in one day - he arranged for it and we immediately went in and saw them all (some agents tell you to wait 24 hours just for one viewing... then another 24 hours for another, etc... especially ridiculous for vacant houses...). By the way, it wasn't just that one day... whenever we asked to see houses, Tarek made sure that we saw them as fast as possible (especially important when you know that good places go off the market the same day as they were listed). But it's not just that Tarek is very professional and gets the job done - it's also that's he's very pleasant to work with, knows how to communicate with people very well, and during stressful times, he knows how to ensure that you know that everything is going smoothly. He ALWAYS responds quickly to texts and messages and provides HONEST opinions - he's not just in it to sell or buy "something" as soon as possible. He knows what you want and goes above and beyond to make sure that you get that. The same deal with selling our houses - Tarek always suggested the right price and made sure that any work done in order to sell the house was completed (for example he literally went up to the roof of our house to ensure that the roofers did a good job in fixing our roof when it was a selling condition).
