Josh has come to our home on separate projects. His work is superb. Our condo needed some work and Josh easily understood our vision for the space and even shared some great ideas of his own. He began bringing it to life. He and his team were on time and prepared with the tools needed and drop cloths to keep it as neat as possible during the work. Each day he kept us updated on the progress and answered any of our questions. To be honest we had very few questions as he and his team knew exactly what they were doing and worked confidently. His pricing was fair and his goal was to make us happy with our renovation Josh and his team are highly skilled, have great work ethic, and are polite. We have recommended him to our friends. Knowing a good contractor is such a blessing and we won't hesitate to call Josh at JG Contracting for our next project.

Garage Build--Reliable, Professional, Detailed and Efficient…read more I had a great experience working with Grand Building and Contracting Ltd. I hired them to remove and construct a new garage. Adam and his team understood the entire scope of the work. I was provided with a detailed schedule, timelines, and estimate before commencing the project. There was an issue with a city tree on my neighbour's property that had to be dealt with. Other contractors vanished at this point in the project. Adam guided me on what steps I had to take and the necessary paperwork I needed to file with the city over the course of seven months. When the project was finally approved, the trades workers were on time, highly skilled, professional and efficient. Adam was there at the beginning and end of every part of the construction. I greatly appreciated the regular communications I received. He even made sure my neighbours were satisfied with how the construction was effecting them. I can't say enough positive things about Grand Building and Contracting Ltd. I will use them again for my next project. I highly recommend that anyone give them an opportunity; you will not be disappointed.

Every project we have hired Richness Contracting for has been completed with great attention to detail and workmanship. Richard is also just an absolute pleasure to deal with, which makes the entire process that much easier. I would highly recommend Richard and Richness Contracting to anyone looking for a dependable, skilled, and trustworthy contractor. We will definitely continue using them for future projects. We hired Handyman pro as a fencing contractor to handle the replacement of line posts on a backyard fence. The quote came in favourably (ie - on the lower side) so I was curious as to what quality of materials would be used. The materials were top notch and included unexpected things like sonotubes which many contractors would have chosen to avoid for cost on a project like a fence. Their work was incredible, their price was fair, and communication was fast and seamless - it was one week from first inquiry to completion of the job. Somehow that seems like a lot to ask in this city but Handyman Pro got it done. Do yourself a favour and stop looking. These guys are it!

They didn't cover the roof with water and ice shield, plus they covered up broken boards and left nails and spikes through the roof.....who does that?! I called a number of roofers who were lining up jobs for a crazy amount of money and tell you that they can get to your leaking roof in the fall....that is outrageous! I took a chance and called "Justin's Leak free roofing" a cold call from a Yelp ad. It was one of the best cold calls that I've ever made!! I was so impressed by Justin and his administrative assistant Miro for their professionalism, reliability, and excellence in the quality of work. Justin fixed all of the broken wood planks (the others had covered up), showed us pictures of before and after each step of the all repairs and did a beautiful roofing job finishing with rake edging. The pricing was more than fair for this kind of detailing and quality. I never give reviews for any product or anyone, but Justin is worthy and deserving! After seeing the quality of his work, honesty, integrity and reliability, I highly recommend Justin. Our next door neighbours are really happy too (we're in a semi-detached and both of our sides done)! We'll be using him again, though we probably won't need him for some time! If you want a fantastic roofer who is hard working, pays attention to details, has amazing work ethics, is honest and fairly priced, Justin is the one you can count on! Laurel M.
