He claim and advertise in BurOak, Greensborough, etc Markham neighborhood that he is a VIP Platinum agent representing Aspen Ridge Margo Condo project coming at the intersection of BurOak & Hwy 48 in Markham. I am very surprise builder like Aspen Ridge has seen confidence in Mr Chris Wu to represent them for Margo Condo. This raise the question in me on builder itself now. I called Mr Chris Wu to get some detail of Margo project he put me on a speaker phone and with his broken English language I could not understand his clearly. When I said, could you take me off from speaker phone, this arrogant realtor cut the line. I call him back right way 2 times but he did not pick up the phone. His this behavior is very rude and condescending. Dose Aspen Ridge not scrutinize realtors before giving them an access or liberty to represent them to public from whom they are building residential units? Such a disgrace Mr Chris Wu is to the community and to realtors in general.
