I was living in the US with our two toddlers and helping care for my godmom who is battling cancer when my husband accepted a job in Toronto. We had no plans to leave Vancouver and had just over a month to make the move to the GTA. I hitched a trailer onto the back of my SUV and drove 20+ hours to Toronto with only a weekend to secure a rental before flying back to Vancouver. My husband and I both were under a lot of stress and Ali (our realtor) swooped in to help us with one of our biggest decisions - where to live! From the moment we first connected with her, she demonstrated such professionalism, responsiveness in matching our needs and desires to an ideal location and impressive confidence in her ability to get us exactly what we wanted. I spent two days touring homes with Ali and lots of emails, texts and phone calls between the three of us. I love that the company is run by women, and they are all great with communication and trying to understand your needs. Christine and Lori also reached out several times prior to commencing our search and even after we moved in, making sure that everything went smoothly and that we were happy. They also off wrap-around services and referrals for any type of repair, renovation or service work you may need in your home. We are beyond satisfied with this company and the services that Ali provided to us and will definitely continue to work with them, and refer our contacts as well.

This is our 4th time using Christine and her team. Our experience has always been outstanding…read more Christine is the most dedicated and knowledgable real estate agent that we have ever worked with. She always makes time for you no matter how busy she is. My husband and I purchased our most recent place together, this was my first time buying, Christine was very good at ensuring the place was in good order especially things I did not check in the walk though she was on it. We truly love working with Christine and her team because they are very quick to respond to emails/ calls and if there is a request they ensure to complete it ASAP. Christine truly cares for her clients and always ensure they are taken care of. We truly consider Christine as a friend not just a agent, she is so warm and welcoming. My husband and I view the condo on Saturday at 2PM and Rakhee and Anika (Mortgage Savvy) they did the underwrite in just under and hour and we purchases the place by 8PM. Needless to say they are a DREAM TEAM. Anika was excellent took the time to go over every detail which was great as this was all new and abundance of information. Thank you to everyone, we are all moved in and couldn't be happier.

I met him in my neighbourhood a while back and watched him sell some properties. But I was keen on him mostly because he is a man who is well respected among our neighbours and so down to earth. From the moment I first approached him, right through to the final signatures he showed himself to be nothing short of spectacular. He has guided my Dad and I through this sale in the middle of a pandemic. He has been patient and kind, empathetic and always professionally outstanding. He brings excellent communication skills and an awesome personality with a great balance that affords so much confidence. Leif is not just a realtor, he is the full package of one stop shopping insofar as all things necessary to prepare your house for sale. He is a project manager extraordinaire with the personality to go with! 100% would do it all over again with him!

Listing on the MLS through Sandra Pate after discussion and the reaching of agreement on the asking price proved to be a successful move since the house was sold within a week of putting up the For Sale sign outside the house for $311,000 over asking price. Her designer assistant, Dyan Parro, and photographer Yiannis, also did brilliant work resulting in the publishing of spectacular pictures of our beloved home. Happy to answer a any questions!

One of the best ones we made was to reach out to Sandra for help. We first met Sandra 10 years ago when we were looking to buy our first home. We had a great experience then, so had no reservations about working with her again. Smart move! Within a month Sandra had helped us buy our new house (at a great price) and sell our existing home (also a great price!), and we couldn't be happier with the process or result. Sandra was always available to answer questions, give advice or offer referrals for anything. She has teamed up with Dyan Parro who took any guess work out of what we we had to do to get the house ready to sell and looking its best. Dyan checked in often, had tons of great advice and kept us on track. When we'd done our part, Dyan took over and staged our home beautifully. Sandra worked tirelessly to promote our house and get buyers interested -even going door to door! She did an excellent job. In the week the house was on the market there was a lot of interest, and on offer night we had multiple offers and sold for more than we'd dared hope for. All in less than a month. During the process we encountered a lot of agents, which made the importance of having a great agent in your corner very clear - and with Sandra we did.

Over the years, each of us has gained intimate, first-hand knowledge of downtown Toronto's real estate market from living here and buying, selling, investing in, and developing properties in its diverse neighbourhoods. It's this personal experience that makes us so good at what we do -- working with clients to purchase new homes or sell existing properties, to grow their financial portfolios through investment in real estate, or to collaborate with developers on exciting new properties in the downtown core. And it's our love for Toronto's eclectic mix of cultures, architectural styles, and approaches to design that allow us to establish such enduring relationships with our clients and partners, time and again.
