Categorically the worst service I have experience. We purchased a dryer and washer set and specifically asked if the unit was loud. We were told it was quite and one of the best units. Brought it home and within 12 hours we called to ask to exchange due to how loud the washer was. we could hear it through three rooms with the laundry room door closed. The Maytag unit shakes and also leaks. They attempted to fix the leak but over a month later still not fixed. Kiena and Bobby never call back. they won't exchange unit. worst service ever. Lowe's is better by far. read more

The service and timing of shipments was awful. Purchased a couch, loveseat, chair, lamps, and tables from there 2 years ago. The loveseat was delivered when the sales guys said all of the pieces of furniture would be. Then over the course of the next 4 weeks, "delivery dates" came and went with nothing arriving. Not to mention countless hours listening to their hold music which are just advertisements. We cancelled and returned every thing and bought Costco furniture. If you want the classic furniture salesman experience (hovering, not actually being helpful, taking commissions on things you were gonna buy without help) this is your place. Especially if you just want to give them money and not receive all your furniture for at least a month. Hopefully it's gotten better, but I'll never shop there again. Driving by the store brings the horrid experience to mind every time. read more

I had a great experience with this location! I was so stressed because of how things went with Home Depot...long story, but I waited 5 weeks for a washer to arrive only to have it delivered to my garage. Just a big mess. I called ABC Warehouse & the whole process was fast and simple! I ordered my appliance over the phone (I already knew what I needed) with a super nice sales lady & a few days later, I walked into the store to pay, and my new washer/dryer was delivered today! Buyer beware! It is my fault I did not come here first. I am giving two stars because the salesperson Ian Boch was great. He was able to answer all my questions regarding dishwashers. He was very knowledgeable and patient. This is the same staff/store that used to be on Elizabeth Lake Road. They are on Telegraph now right by Target. I made it clear from the moment that I walked in that if they could not get a new dishwasher installed for me, I couldn't buy it from there. I am temporarily disabled from a car crash - it is visible. Ian assured me that they used only a couple third party installers and that they were great. I bought a clothes dryer there a few years back and there was no problem with installation. Things have changed since then - reviews written in the last year bear that out. I have called two installers, and I've called ABC twice AND gone back into the store. Nothing. No response - I don't even know if they actually have any subcontractors working for them. I have a giant boxed dishwasher in my very tiny kitchen (my whole house is 900 sq. ft.) and have no idea when or how it will be installed. I am certain that I was just told whatever was necessary to make the sale. Now, apparently, I'm on my own. If you need something that you can carry out the door and set up yourself, go ahead and ask for Ian. If you need a large appliance installed after purchase, go to Lowe's or Home Depot. They're right down the street. read more

The ONLY reason this place doesn't get a 1 is because of Ian Boch! The rest of the store including store manager RJ Cikald could learn from this young man. He greeted me at the door, and was almost annoying with follow up. This is good, cause guess what? Ian got a sale. He sold me a remote start for my car. He told me I could come back on Monday and though he won't be there, the person on staff would take great care of me and get me set up with install. I show up today to a completely different experience. No greeting. No how can I help you. Nothing! Ian told me to go to car audio. I did. There was no one there. I tried to listen to stereos and speakers while waiting but none worked. After 30 minutes of waiting, I went to that customer service to ask for assistance. The man at the counter pointed and said go there as if I were a pet. I tried to tell him I had came from there but he talked over me! After finally hearing me, he called someone to come over. 20 minutes later I went back to the service desk to request a refund. This is where I encountered RJ Cikald and discovered why customer service is not existent in this store. If the manager sucks, the entire team will. This man is rude and dismissive. Completely unconcerned that I was the third person in a ten minute span who's asking for a refund due to poor customer service! I have over 30 years management experience and from what I saw today, Ian is the ONLY ONE that would still have a job. I'm not going to spend my money and beg you to put it in too. I went to ABC Warehouse for a Mattress and Deep freezer. On entering the store I noticed a gentleman with his back to me and he didn't realize I had entered the store. He turned around with a BIG smile on his face and Welcome me in to ABC Warehouse and asked what I needed help with. I proceeded and told him what I needed. He was wonderful on listening to my needs and what I needed. Very knowledgeable about each item. We made a connection, he made me feel at home at ABC Warehouse. Don't buy an appliance from here if you want reliable repair service. They use this Autumn Appliance that is a total joke of a service company. I have purchased a lot of appliances from ABC over the years and haven't had any trouble with their sales people or delivery but they are really dropping the ball on their choice to use this 3rd party repair company. They really need to take a look at fixing this problem. read more

ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER. Been waiting for a dryer replacement for a couple months as new one was dented. ABC asked me to have builder disconnect existing dryer which they did. New dryer was damaged now I have a dryer on the porch, laundry to do and can't get thru to ABC corporate. Also waiting on 2nd refrigerator door replacement for over a month. Additionally the delivery guys don't have shoe covers like most service companies and expected to track thru my ne home with hardwood floors with dirty boots on. When I told him they need to remove boots he got huffy with me and said I'm outs here and headed back to the truck with his tools. would NEVER buy from them again!!!!!! read more

Purchased a microwave for about 450 sales rep Justin stated i will schedule an install for Friday or Saturday. He will call u but you pay jim separately, ok? Is this an under the table shady thing? Idk. Anyway no call Friday or Saturday, finally only after i called the Store did he - the installer,call. He said i dont have work in lake orion, we not in lake orion...he said " how about next week, some time?" I was so angry called the store finally after michelle the receptionist hangs up on me, they cant even use a phone correctly, apparently, nasar yousef, says id care you can report me to corporate. I said why would justin say he could schedule for fri or sat then not do it? He said he made a mistake. Apparently the only thing abc warehouse does is take your money, lies, justin told a very different story, then they DONT care anything about the customer nor the promise to make it right. Ok so I went to abc warehouse for a washer and a bed got all the delivery set up, got my conformation and then the day my bed is to be delivered I get a email that says sorry we not delivering your stuff today wtf so I called them and asked what's going on long story short it was another 3 days before I got my bed. Now the same thing just happened with my washer. Now it's been 2 weeks we have been waiting and the day it is to be delivered get a email saying sorry we're not delivering it today so I will never shop there again and I highly recommend no one else does I would leave 0 stars if I could read more

Ok so I recently purchased a new home. The seller purchased a "brand new" laundry center from this location. The deal was I'll buy the house but because of the value of the home, I wanted all new appliances and the seller agreed. Everything in my home is brand new including my laundry center from this ABC Warehouse location. This is the thing my laundry center is broken. Yep the new one and because I purchased the home more than 30 days after the purchase of the machine which the home seller did not get a warranty on smh ... now I just have a brand new laundry center that was sold broken. ABC Warehouse refuse to help me. Frigidaire has sent 3 techs to my house to fix this "brand new" laundry center and each time it did not work. I now been in my new house over a month without a laundry center to wash clothes. This is so unfair I spent the most money and all my savings on my home and ABC warehouse has ruined this experience for me by selling me a $1500 broken machine and refusing to help. read more

The only reason this review gets 2 stars is because the gentleman that helped us was very nice (Larry I believe) and they beat anyone's price. We moved into a flipped house and needed a thinner fridge to fit into the small space they left for a fridge. After trying everywhere else, this was our only hope. We found an okay fridge at a great price (around $900). This was on a Saturday. They couldn't deliver until the following Saturday, we accepted. They said they would call in the morning to give an approximate delivery time. They called at 8am to let us know the fridges were all damaged and they wouldn't be delivering today. Why wouldn't they check the hardware before promising it to us on a certain date? NOT PROFESSIONAL. We then had to wait ANOTHER week because of this (whose home during the week at 9am? no one), they need to make more convenient delivery times. Disappointing service/delivery. read more

They do not give you accurate amounts and the employees are either scamming or completely uninformed. If you plan on financing.. run to someplace else.
