It's on 24th street across from the Noe Valley town square, next to the J line. The owner, Santiago, who studied interior design, provides many unique and beautiful planters and plants that you won't usually see at other plant shops. Planters are priced fair for being quality, unique pieces on their own. Many are designed and painted by artists. Other things they sell include lighting, ceramics, candles, blankets, and plant care. It's always a pleasure to browse their rotating selection! The staff are awesome (shout out to Jonathan and Madeline!). They're super nice and helpful in finding the perfect plants and planters in a range of sizes to fit your space and needs, and how to take care of them. Just ask!

Eric is down to earth, caring and an utmost professional for anything bonsai related. He is patient with beginners and experienced enough to have owners of magnificent trees use his services for ongoing consultation and management. Bonsify also has what is probably the most educational and grower advocacy based YouTube channel. If you are looking for trees and shrubs to grow bonsai with there is simply no better outfit to work with than Bonsify. Eric will get you set up with trees, lessons and get you introduced into the local bonsai community like no one else. His prices are fair considering the quality of plants he sells not to mention the enormous amount of support and help he offers personally and through his YouTube channel. I was desperate and needed to get into an apartment vacated by our tenant right away. I believed…read morethat I had the right key, but wasn't 100% sure bc it wasn't unlocking the deadbolt. (Turned out I had the right key, but the ancient lock was broken). I got a recommendation to use Cole and called them. I had to leave a message and Marc called me back, as promised on the greeting, within the hour. He was wonderful and patiently listened to my sad tale of desperation and woe. Just the calming response I needed. I won't detail all of the back and forth I subjected him to. I will just say he was extremely responsive and helpful and scheduled an appt for me that worked with my schedule. It turns out that I didn't need to use Marc's services - I was able to get in and replace the deadbolt without the need for a locksmith. HOWEVER - if I ever need the services of a locksmith, Marc with Cole Hardware will be my first call.... without hesitation.

And charged for the more expensive shark tooth when we bought the cheaper one. They don't have barcodes or SKU numbers. So it seems the employees are just guessing what the products are. Super cool store love it here But, my boyfriend and I were on a trip last week. Came for the first time and bought a bunch of stuff. They do not have Barcodes on the items, which is fine but if you're going to do that, make sure your employees know what is what. A easy mistake to make I'm sure, but they should probably fix there system style so mistakes like this are not easy to make. Sadly we didn't notice till we were already on our way home the next day, so there's not much we can do about it. Again all these could be fixed if they had barcodes or sku numbers. Other than that a super cool store, employees were friendly. But wish we were not overcharged for a cheaper item, and charged for something we did NOT get. Wish we could have got our money back but we don't live in San Fran.
