The technician didn't mind my questions and explained what he was doing and why. Instead of constant upselling he simply pointed out wear areas and things to be looking for in the future. There also was a miscommunication on the billing. When I asked about it, the response was quick with a personal followup that explained what appeared to have happened. Yes, I ended up paying a bit more; but because of the personal service and attention I understood why. There was no blame, no demands to pay up, nothing negative about the situation at all.
