I told him I'm the lady directly behind him and I would like to get a quote from him. After explaining what I needed done, Carlos said he could stop by later that evening when I get home and he lives close by, he did stop by and gave me a quote to redo my kitchen floor tiles. He was honest and upfront and told me he couldn't start my project for another month and that was ok with me! in a month his team was there and completed my kitchen floor beautifully! I then spoke to Carlos about sprucing up my first floor bathroom, he gave me a quote, and started the project. The contractor I had a few years prior that did the bathroom did a horrible job. I used to get back vented smell from my septic at times. While Carlos and his guys were doing some demolition he found things that were so wrong and not up to code. he called me with his recommendations, long story short he gutted the entire bathroom plumbing and all and built me a brand new absolutely gorgeous bathroom. my husband and I love it. after that, I had his team painted my entire first floor. I will have them back next year to do some more work for us. if you need an amazing contractor, call this company you will be WOWED!!!! WE RECOMMEND THEM 1000 Percent!!

I made several local calls to others first because I tried using local google sites. Needless to say, all the estimates were unrealistically sky high so I decided to check Yelp. Thank goodness because I found these guys. They arrived on time and were very professional. They didn't try to rip me off. They were upfront with the cost. Not only did they secure my shutter but they also tightened all the others that were loose. I was very impressed and they do all sorts of handyman projects. This is perfect for us. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend in the future.

On the scheduled day, Nick G. arrived on time and completed the job. He was careful, clean and did an AMAZING job. It was so much better than I had anticipated. I've been in the market for a few service professionals lately, and I don't know what I would've done without it. Actually, I know exactly what I would've done without it: probably gotten ripped off by someone that would've been tougher to find in the first place. ______________ OK, I had an electrical problem. There was an outlet, and the things I needed to plug into the outlet weren't exactly lining up. I requested a quote from a few different electricians in the area, and Kevin Harrington... 1. Responded instantly to ask for more details. I really appreciate a quick response, and I'm assuming you do too because who likes having to wait around? 2. After he got said details, quoted me the (what I now know is a fair) price of $162.19. That's also obviously incredibly precise, as it was right down to the cent after tax, and I like that too, because I want to know how much I'm going to pay. 3. Requested a few more details and photos so as not to waste either of our time when he showed up to do the work. Warned me that if a few things were the case in an old building, it could run me a little bit more than the initial quote. 4. Showed up on time, fixed the issue quickly and efficiently, and then billed me $30 LESS than the original quote, since the job was easier than he expected. Believe me when I tell you that I would not have had the slightest clue if he charged me the original price. But he was honest enough to charge me what he thought the job was worth. I like that. And you know what? I'm gonna call him next time I have an electrical issue.
