They were very responsive on getting the contract and starting the project. 2 days of work, they received full payment, and were supposed to be back within a week to finish the wrongly cut piece on the underside and remove the smears of adhesive, which are visually unappealing.

Right on time, Al and Fernando showed up. I know the door had been tweaked by someone, but I was concerned that it had been damaged such that some significant repairs would be required. I highly recommend Garage Door Fix and will use them again.

Later that night when I tried to leave the garage door wouldn't go up. That is when I saw the broken spring. On Monday I called and they came out and knowing I should replace both spring I also asked them to replace/fix anything else while they were here. After inspecting the door the only other thing they did was oil all the moving parts Count me as a satisfied customer.

We provide them with the contact information for the two ferries that service the island. They cancel the appointment the day before stating they do not service the island at this time. Fast forward 10 months, Reliable Power systems contacts me with an email announcing that they NOW service the barrier island and would love to set up a sales visit. We revisit the conversation that the house is on a barrier island that requires a ferry ride... yeah, yeah we know we service and install on the island now, not a problem. We set up the appointment, they confirm the appointment two days out by email and then they call 30 minutes prior to our confirmed appointment time stating they have no way of getting to the island and that they will not be able to make the appointment or handle the installation. The good news, we didn't get stuck with a generator that couldn't get serviced by this unreliable company. I would strongly caution anyone on using them. Reliable Power Systems is anything but reliable.
