Curbside delivery only. My fault for not asking about delivery. Lesson learned for me. I called several movers to see if I could get it moved into my basement and most would not do the job. One company came out and took one look at the freezer and said they couldn't do it because it was too big. Mind you I spent 20-30 minutes on the phone with the office explaining how big and heavy it was and was told they could do it, only to be told once they got here, they weren't doing it. But the guys from Power Movers figured out how to get it in and set it up. They were nice, positive and had the can-do spirit. I am very grateful for them and will recommend to anyone I know who needs movers.

I spoke with Wesly before the movers left regarding the issues and he assured me that he would refund the whole entire move and take care of all the damaged items if we could send photos. Several photos were sent over to the owner and he advised a week later that he will not be reimbursing me. Unless you want your property damaged and to have to deal painting your new home or business and dealing with a liar called Wesley who does not follow through with his word then stay far away from these crooks. Not to mention my wife and I ended up moving more items than the movers did. By dealing with this company I have ended up spending more money in the long run due to their lack of professionalism and training. Great Job Wesly.

Absolutely dissatisfied with this business…read more August 7, 2015 I take in my brand new Hugo Boss blazer that was $600. I wore it once to a night club and took it in to be dry cleaned. I asked the owner Ben specifically if he could do a good job and take care of this job. The reason why I asked specifically is that the Dover area does not have a lot of designer clothing. Ben said that he could 100% take care of it. I come back the next Tuesday and take the blazer home. I noticed that the buttons on both sleeves and the stomach part of the jacket are damaged. I take it back to the store and express my concern. The owners interrogated me for 1 hour and have said that I have worn it out which is not correct at all. He says that I brought the buttons damaged. He then calls the dry cleaner that he exports his clothes to and the dry cleaner says that the buttons can get damaged if they are made from a special material. I ask Ben what he can do to compensate me for the damage. Ben says he can replace the buttons. We call Hugo Boss and they do not have replacement buttons. I said I want the same buttons or compensation of a cash equivalent to fix this mess. Ben says he will talk to his attorney to see what a fair compensation will be. Today it is August 22, 2015. It has been two weeks since I have made contact with the business and it took them that long to call me back. I explained that since they will not replace my blazer with the same buttons, it is equivalent to getting a Rolex fixed with a walmart watch parts. What I am most dissatisfied with is in the process, the business owners argued with me taking up a total of 3-5 hours of my time. As a fellow business owner, I absolutely do not recommend this business.

Good thing I did today, after paying $19.00 to have a zipper REPLACED on a pair of pants, I checked their work and found that the original zipper was still on the pants and had not been replaced. I ask the person in charge why and was informed that the cleaners couldn't replace the zipper!! OK then why did you charge me and let me walk out the door? Did they just want to steal $19.00 from me?
