I contacted HESCO and was told they had a "rush service" available and I could wait while the cylinder was repaired. I jumped in the truck and headed down. Upon arrival I was greeted immediately and the technician even took the cylinder out of my truck. Within minutes I was told what the problem was, partly bad parts and partly bad assembly! Within 2 hours I was on my way back home. The added cost for rush service was minimal when compared to the time it would take me to leave it and come back again.
