I got a few competitive quotes for the project but I was so impressed with the level of respect and professionalism from Sebby that I chose to use this company. I was not disappointed! They scheduled me almost immediately and had the project completed in no time at all. It is very obvious that the craftsmanship is top quality and the final product is absolutely gorgeous. I've gotten countless compliments - and my neighbors are super jealous! Will not hesitate to use this company again for my next job.

I ended up cold calling three different companies to get some estimates. Rock Landscaping's quote was very reasonable compared to the others. His quote was so good, I added a sidewalk from my driveway to the front door to the project. Rock was excellent about designing my project. He took what I wanted and made some modifications that made the job even better. I had always planned on straight and angular pathways, but Rock convinced me that arcs and curves were the way to go, and he was right. The crew worked very hard for the 4 or 5 days they were here. They took few breaks and were very polite and respectful to my wife and I. They were neat when they were done they picked up any debris and left the place looking good. We are thrilled with the work they did. I was concerned about some grass seedlings coming up in a few of the joints, but Rock came back when I called him and took care of it. He even gave me a supply of the matching polymeric sand to have on hand. This job was done in Sept. of 2016. I have waited to see how the work held up to winters and ground settling. All still looks good. I would strongly recommend Rock Landscaping and Construction to anyone looking for a quality job done at a great price.

Last year, Tim and his crew installed the most beautiful patio, pizza oven (brick by brick), retaining wall, and gas fired pit that we could ever imagine. We have very high expectations for work done on our property and Tim and his crew exceeded them in all aspects. From pre-planning, design, construction, timelines, and yard cleanup, Tim held our hands throughout the entire process, assisting us with incredible ideas as well. This summer (2019), we hired GreenScapes, to install 1200 sq. ft. of pavers, fencing, lighting, stone, and a walkway (from existing patio), and, new landscaping around our new swimming pool. Once again, the quality of craftsmanship was above outstanding. Tim and his crew also made up for other contractors missed timelines by completing our project in less than two weeks! This included major cleanup from other contractor's damage to our side yard which was beyond the scope of the project. We can't thank them enough and will highly recommend GreenScapes to everyone!

We look forward to calling GreenScapes again in the near future for some other landscaping and stone work projects.

Every part of the job that was started got delayed because they ordered incorrect or insufficient materials. There was no communication through out the project. If we didn't chase them down for information they wouldn't provide it. They were unprofessional, disrespectful and clearly amateurs at what they do. Trash and building materials were left inside my home for months. My house was left exposed to the elements for several months (because they started a job not realizing they didn't have the right materials). So I had Harrington's in to do a "renovation" (their word), and I've tried to follow the program the best way I could. My understanding is that with an organic lawn care program and a reel mower I won't be able to have the manicured "green carpet" that some of my neighbors take great pride in. But once I was able to get my expectations in the right place, I've been very happy with my results. To sum it up, this is not the cheapest way to have your lawn taken care of. But if you take the long view and if reduction of lawn chemicals is important to you, it's money well-spent.

Our experience with The View Roofing was the most unprofessional experience with any company we've…read moreever had. I can't fathom the positive reviews of this company. While Freddy seemed knowledgeable and was priced just below competitors, the realty was anything but. Most egregiously we were overbilled for sheets of plywood replacement after the job was over. Nobody discussed this with us during the job. Nobody would tell us what was replaced and where. We had to take photos from the underside and refuse to pay until they showed what was replaced. They never did. Then there was the damage. They damaged several of our deck posts and never repaired them as promised. They punched holes in our sheet rock ceiling. When replacing them we had to make sure they repaired the whole section (they tried to only repair part of it and paint over the other part). When repainting we were told they would paint the entire ceiling to match, then on the day they said they would only paint half then they only painted the small areas where they repaired leaving mismatched paint. We had to withhold payment and fight over a credit to cover hiring a painter. The list of minor things is long, from driving on our lawn and leaving huge tire indents, to burning a section of our grass with their equipment, leaving trash out in the yard away from the house overnight (lunch wrappers and water bottles not work debris). Dropping paint on our sidewalk (that wasn't completely cleaned), Dripping paint and spackle on our walls that left a permanent mark and leaving debris and trash behind when they left for good. All of this documented with photo and video. During all this Freddy, who was not on site most of the time, was the only person who spoke English and whom we could communicate with effectively (while the crew tried to use google translate it didn't work well). This exacerbated all the issues that we had.
