Every time I call them they put me on hold . The last time I talked to them they were really smart mouth. It's my blood pressure medicine. Even the Insurance says it's Walgreens fault cause they messed up but they can't approve it cause it's to early even though it wasn't a full prescription. Walgreens gas gave me problems other times also. No I can't change pharmacy's cause this is the one closest to me. Other people have complain about the same thing. Just a heads up.

So today after work I went to pick up my medication like normal. The Indian lady to in a condescending tone in front of everyone that I have to get in line with every one else and then she will call me up or ask if anyone have a barcode. Ok, no problem but I ask her if that is written somewhere??? She could not tell me. So a temp worker had help me. When the temp worker scan my medicine she said she can't use my card on file because she doesn't have access to do so. Please verify your policy on the barcode system and have it written to inform your costumers.
