Jose and Miguel were on-time (early actually!), extremely professional, and got my two dishwashers delivered and cut-out (I had previously done the cabinet cut-outs but we needed extra clearance so our came the sawzall) installed, and ran a test cycle to make sure everything was perfect and there were no leaks. The range was installed super fast and looks amazing! The microwaves...those are on me. I have to first install cabinets to mount my under cabinet microwaves That said, highly recommend ABC Installations and specifically Jose & Miguel as they knocked this whole thing out in less than two hours (even with the modifications we had to make). read more

ABC Installations did a great job installing our new built-in wall oven about a year ago. We recently hired them to pick up a used $200 stack washer dryer from one location, deliver it to another location 7 miles away, install it, test it, & haul away the broken stack washer dryer for $395.They were timely, professional & efficient. They could not install it at that new location due to a drain adjustment requirement for the new location, & we had to hire a plumber to install the appliance. ABC Installations charged $170 ($85 each way) for the over 1 hour moving service & removal of the broken appliance. They accept cash, Zelle, or a credit card with a 2% fee. We then got estimates of $300 & $370 from 2 independent plumbers to install it & test it. A new appliance would have cost $1500 + the costs of delivery & installation. read more

A Complete SCAM! In my opinion, this was clearly EXTORTION! Dishwasher through Best Buy outsourced to this company for delivery and installation. The installer told us that the water line was leaking. It certainly wasn't before he got there! He told us we weren't obligated to use ABC company services, BUT if we chose not to, he would just LEAVE the dishwasher with us and we could hire or own installer, OR he could replace the quarter turn for $150, which turned out to be $154.50. This was a $10 part and, at most, an 8 minute job. Delivery and installation was INCLUDED in my contract with Best Buy. He should have gone ahead and installed the dishwasher as called for and we could have found our own handyman to replace the shut off for far less money. Jose and Julio came out to my house today to install an oven from Best Buy. Really great. There was a miscommunication with the office regarding scheduling (that kind of thing is never a great way to start) but these two guys called in the morning and made things right and then came out and really kicked ass with the install. I mean I really LOOK at what is going on (meaning my wife is looking so I better be one step ahead)... I look at what is laid down to protect surfaces, I look at what tools are being used, I look at what the problems are with the install (there are always problems) and how they solve them. I listen to hear if they are just saying what you want to hear or whether they really have their shit together. We purchased a washer, dryer, and dishwasher from Best Buy, and had the bad luck that they chose Abc Installations to install them. Nothing they installed worked properly and when they left none of our plumbing worked either. Most dangerously they turned off the water supply to our hot water heater and forgot to turn it back on, but left the heater running. The plumber told us that if we hadn't caught their mistake in time the heater could have pressurized and exploded. They messed up my dishwasher installation. they dis not install the discharge hose properly and the water leaked from a tiny hole in the discharge hose. I had to get a different installer to replace the discharge hose, and also repair the wood under the sink and replace a sliding drawer because it got all rusted from the leaking water. I am so happy to write this review about Dave and Will our two wonderful installation guys. It's very rare I've seen this level of professionalism, expertise, compassion, and kindness. We had been struggling to do an installation of our panel-ready Thermadoor fridge and freezer for my mom's home. Another big corporation who will not be named that we had purchased these items from were unable to install the fridges and panels (after many attempts with scheduling service)... this left us extremely frustrated and hopeless and without a fridge and freezer for about 5 months :( Finally, we were connected with ABC Installations who assured us they know exactly what to do. I purchased a dishwasher from Best Buy via Pacific Sales and they used this company to do the install. The hard cold facts are... this company refused to install my new dishwasher. Further the Staff had a poor attitude nor sympathy for the costs we had just incurred and why the installation had to be done in a particular way. To protect our investment. The backstory is this: We had a rat invasion that ate the wiring of our dishwasher, due to a too large hole being drilled between the sink area and the dishwasher. Rats setup residence behind the machine and invaded other parts of the house. One got in, and reproduced its self.....to my horror. Disease concerns. $3,000 clean up & disinfect later and another $2800 purchase of new equipment, all caused by holes of 3 inches were just too large and the holes too low. The dishwasher was only 3 years old. It was necessary and recommended by the community and other installers in the area, that by the nature of the neighborhood, that the holes had to be smaller and higher . This made sense since midway was the level of the water source and drain. A solution had to be found. But this company's staff was belligerent in how they were going to install wanting to drill a 4" new hole ... regardless of the potential problems that could result. They objected to the request. They refused to install the product. Claiming responsibility issues. In short it was one excuse after another , even when I was explained and made suggestions to go around and the problem. Nor did they make possible solutions or work the problem, given the situation. In short they did not care. With a poor work ethic. Wanting to just call his boss and say no. I spoke with the Best Buy/Pacific Sales representative and she said, she understood my problem but could not force them to find alternatives. Zero customer service . It was their way or the highway. I infinitely prefer to give positive glowing reviews on peoples work. But in this case it's impossible. When purchasing from Pacific Sales, either get your own installer or request someone else. read more

We bought a Miele Microwave and Oven at Pacific Sales with installation by ABC. Their installation into an existing cabinet was the most unprofessional job I've ever seen. We had to have it redone by another contractor. While redoing the installation we discovered the electrical work was sloppy at best. They used some rough, unfinished pine or fir around the oven & microwave. They used a shim on the right hand side between the microwave and oven to make the two appliances level (why they needed a shim is beyond me - two perfect rectangular boxes installed into a perfectly parallel cabinet). The upshot of their effort of the job is a rough, amateurish, thoroughly unprofessional piece of work. I will never use ABC Installations again. read more

TL;DR OK ... you better read installation manuals before they come to ensure they install correctly and nothing missing. Appointment window is 4 hours and actual arrival time may go beyond that. After installing washer, dryer and pedestals, we found out there are installation issues - some parts are not installed, and a few things are not installed correctly. I have to read the installation manuals and figured out what's wrong. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Called Pacific Sales (we purchased the appliances and installation from them) and ABC fixed the problems after coming out to reinstall.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Pros: [[HIGHLIGHT]]ABC is responsive and arrange to reinstall / fix problem quickly[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Cons: The initial installation crew is not professional - parts were not installed, a few things were not installed correctly for the washer and its pedestal. Second crew installed the dryer and its pedestal correctly but arrived 2 hours AFTER the end of the appointment window (i.e. we waited 6 hours for them (4 hours window + 2 hours). Third and last crew was careless - they forgot to turn on laundry valves before they left. They did fix the washer installation problems though. read more

We were very pleased with the job Eric and his associate did on Saturday afternoon. They removed our large 30 year old side-by-side Subzero refrigerator / freezer to install a new unit that we purchased from WDC Kitchen and Bath. Work had to be performed in our existing kitchen where the work space was rather tight but they removed the existing unit, rolled in the new one and connected a new water line for the freezer without a problem. They also had to remove the custom panels from the old unit and install them on the new unit. The dispatcher at ABC also was professional in scheduling the appointment and Eric kept us updated as to target arrival time on delivery date. They wore shoe protectors and vacuumed the debris after installation. They even fixed the gas valve to the correct turn off valve. I am a design agent and had ABC install $130K worth of appliances during a remodel. My clients are part-time residence and not always at the house. ABC required a prior visit to assure all was OK for installation. ABC said one outlet was too high and needed moved down for the oven, That task was completed and then ABC returned to install one week later. During installation, The Microwave needed a receptacle as the 110v was incorrect. I was told it needed to be a different configuration. I purchased the correct receptacle and installed it. Microwave will not work, and was not tested to ensure proper installation. Was told by Wolf repair, the voltage is incorrect, should be 220v not 110. Now we have to cut into the walls, patch and paint, plus run new wiring. ABC said it was my fault for the wrong wiring. The original service man stated he made a mistake and company would probably split the cost of running new wiring. This is NOT the case. Since the 2Feb2021, a headache. 3rd party installer for Pacific Sales in Chatsworth. Their 3rd attempt today on 26Mar2021. It began with needing the exhaust needing to be added prior to installing cover; not their fault. The installer ensures that he will go home and cut it to proper size. Made a call to company a few weeks later to come, scheduled while being told the installer no longer works for them; told the lady about the installer having the cover and was told/ensured that they can get it from him. 3/5: other installers comes with an invoice that states that customer has the part (Cx has it or somethinglike that). Wtfo. They leave after measuring and talking to the company. 3/16: more of other installers comes with the cover and this time wrong size. Head guy measures and tells me he will call once part arrives and will reschedule with me but receive nothing. No calls until... Receiving a message/email that install will happen on today 3/26, 2 days before. Called the company to make sure everything is copacetic; ensured everything is good. First installer who is apparently back with the company shows up solo with wrong size cover (1inch short) and gives us attitude that he doesn't like driving from OC of some sort when my wife complains of time consumption and denying his request to bring the hood down and cutting her off while she is talking. He remeasures and asks me to take a pic to send it to the company and reschedules with a lady from the company. Trying again next Tuesday. With his assurance that everything will be expedited and corrected. With new cut and etc. Advice: measure the part before bringing it, you have the pic, can't f it up now. Moreover, when my wife complained during the 1st install that the bottom drawer was opening only half way. Was told that overtime, it will be better. Few weeks later, we find out the bottom bracket is bent and therefore the drawer is dented as well. Called the Pacific Sales and finally after both parts having delivered, scheduled to be installed tomorrow. Advice: check the bottom too, customers.
