This abc location is very convenient in the winter park area with a large parking lot that is easy to get in and out of. They have samples most weekends and lots of sales. This is one of my favorite ABC Stores. Their "rare" selections are usually pretty good, the staff is amazing and is willing to help out, and when they're giving out samples, they really want to help you find something you like. I've found things at this store that I haven't found at other ABC stores or even Total Wines. I still have my Blackened Willet which was a limited edition and happened to stumble upon it here. It's also great just for shopping for the regular stuff too! But back to the main reason I like this one so much... it's the staff! If you have a good staff, you'll go far! read more

It seems everyone at the ABC store is always so happy!!! And that includes me, we went here for a wine tasting which was wonderful. We were all given a 15% off coupon which we put to good use. The parking is tight, we drove around for a few minutes to locate adequate parking. Aside from the small parking lot, this is a great location, large and fully stocked and right across from some of the restaurants that we frequent. You can find just about any kind of alcohol. I needed to stop at the liquor store when I arrived in FL. I was expecting ABC to be the same as in South Carolina. I was one hundred percent wrong. To floridians, this might just be another run of the mill booze shop, but it's amazing compared to the ones I'm used to. In SC, liquor stores are only open until exactly 7pm daily and closed on Sunday. The prices vary from shop to shop and if you go based off of convenience, you can really get raked over the coals on prices. What else do they sell? Nothing! They're not allowed to. I don't even think they're allowed to sell limes! This place was like a booze palace. They have a walk in humidor, snacks, and craft beer for sale too. The best thing was the liquor I got was $2 cheaper than anywhere I've ever seen. I wish we had these stores near me. read more

Decent selections, reasonable prices ; just wish there was a better rewards program. 5 points premium selections, 10 points for house brands. Unfortunately, the options for the higher rewards are not in my area of interest. So to reach a level to enjoy the best benefits I would have to spend twice as much or purchase items I don't use.. customers loyalty should be rewarded on a level platform. I do understand the desire to push is your brands but let's use a hypothetical scenario. (I purchase a 250 bottle of widow Jane 15 and receive 5 points or a $17 bottle of an in house bottle and receive 10 points) remember this is for illustration purposes without explaining the entire rewards program. Most of the items I enjoy are in the vault, so to enjoy what I desire I have to shop elsewhere because every year I'm a few dollars short of reaching that rewarding level. A revamped program that was more inclusive would bring substantially more revenue to ABC and add an additional star to this review! read more

Absolutely unbelievable the amount of disrespect I got from this location. A rude customer service agent named Karen attacked me for no mask and I apologized and was trying to leave and the worst employee I've ever met in my life with a name tag that said "Pappy" tried to get physically aggressive with me. I was literally on my way out and said to them all, that I was sorry we didn't agree but I was leaving and they all confronted me telling me to never come back. An idiot employee named "Pappy" kept asking me to hit him if I don't agree but I wasn't trying to hurt anyone. I'm a health care professional . I've already had the vaccine. Shop local, folks. I always go here before Total Wine. I find that ABC has better prices on bourbon and whiskey than Total Wine. They also have some products that Total Wine doesn't. However, today, I was looking for a spicy margarita mixer like jalapeño or habanero, and they didn't have it. Sure, they had a lot of regular margarita mixers and sour mixes, but not spicy, unfortunately. The lady working the shop referred me to the spicy ready to drink margarita, but I use the mixer for mezcal cocktails, so I don't want tequila in there. ABC has an online store where you can see if your store has the product you're looking for. I appreciate this! This particular store has the Buffalo Trace bourbon cream, but they were all out. I can't find this anywhere else but here. The Lake Mary ABC is my neighborhood liquor store, but I came here for the bourbon cream, which isn't at my store. Today, they had a discount on basil Hayden, knob creek and old forester. I was tempted! But I don't need any more whiskey right now. read more

I enjoy going here just before the holidays to stock up on wines and drinks for any parties I'm invited to. Pricing is pretty good for the selections I go for though they don't carry many of the moscato d'asti which I drink so it forces me to go to competing locations to stock up. read more

Last night I visited this location to purchase some IPA's and wine. Once I got to the register the cashier was very friendly and talkative. She rung me up and I went home. After putting away the alcohol, I realized I was charged twice for 1 bottle of wine. So I called the store right after they were closed, about 10:06pm and spoke to Mike about the additional charge. He assured me it would be handled and to just come in the next day. Fast forward to today, I stepped inside and spoke to the female manger/assistant manager on staff who was unwilling to assist me and insisted that I was not entitled to a refund. And after that she checked the count and realized that they were under inventory and not over. She became combative when I asked her to review the camera footage from last night and attempted to accuse me, a black male in a store full of white customers of trying to scam/steal from them. They refused to look at the cameras after I told her to review them and find out why their inventory isn't displaying accurate numbers. She finally said I'll "be nice" and refund you because she said they can't look at the cameras right now. She also stated that the next time this happens they would need to look at the camera, insinuating that this is something that I do regularly which I DO NOT. I am EXTREMELY APPALLED and HIGHLY OFFENDED that that she would make such a statement in a store full of white customers, as I was the only black customer present, as if she intended to embarrass me. If you all have Racist/Prejudice staff working at ABC I'd love to see what the Better Business Bureau thinks about the way I was treated by your employees. A staff member made a simple mistake by overcharging me for an item, and the employee today escalated things unnecessarily. She accused me of being dishonest in front of a store full of customers who happened to be white in an affluent neighborhood and made me feel as though because I am black that I was trying to scam or steal from the store. When all of this stems from a mistake that their employee made!That is an absolutely unacceptable way to treat any guest black or white and disciplinary actions should be taken. I would encourage you to think twice about shopping here as their employees can't be trusted to ring you up correctly, and their managers will accuse you of being a thief or scammer because of the color of your skin! read more

I was greeted immediately, I was lost in terms of what to purchased and was helped by a young lady who gave me pretty thorough reasons why i should make a certain purchase! This ABC is located on 17/92-Mills across from the Winter Park Village shopping center in Winter Park. The smaller store offers a few parking spots in front of the store, but there is a lot and entrance off the back if you drive by and see the 5 front spots are already full. The store offers a good selection of the usual suspects in beer, liquor and wine. They don't have the room to offer every wine vintage you find in the larger stores, but there is a nice selection. Likewise for the craft beers, the selection is decent, but not awesome. All of the featured and sale items are well stocked and there is always a good selection of seasonal gift packs during the holidays. Staff is friendly and helpful. Lines to check out move quickly, even during the busier times in the evenings or weekends. Have been to many good Wine tasting and beer tasting events over the years at this location. read more

I love this ABC. They have a wide selection of liquors, and a very diverse amount of craft beers. I am a sucker for the Gose-style sour beer, and ABC always has a great amount to choose from. Each time I've visited, there is never a large amount of people shopping, and even if there was, the shop is so large, you would have to go out of your way to bump into them. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, and quick to answer any questions you may have. With the amount of choices one may have in the area (there are a few), I would recommend giving ABC a shot, at least for their beers. read more

Just moved to the area and this place is leaving a real bad taste in my mouth worse than cheap tequila. A woman behind the plexi glass yelled at me for not wearing a MASK. I have a health exemption and can't wear one. (ADA) HAVE SOME RESPECT ! I explained this to her and she treated me like I had leprosy. It's an ABC . . . But much larger, cleaner, and fully stocked than most of the other ABCs in this area. Located on 17-92 just south of the winter park village, this ABC has become my go to when craving some new craft beers. There is a small tight parking lot, but plenty of street parking on the road that runs next to the south side of the store. Their selection of craft beer is quite decent, they are constantly bringing in new brew and do a good job of supplying some unique overseas craft brew. While I have not used the growler fill, there are usually 7-10 beers on tap for 32oz and 64oz fills. Prices on growler fills in Florida are still too high in my opinion so I always go straight to the bottles/cans - and it allows me the ability to mix and match, which I believe also gives a 10% discount when you purchase a six pack of mix and match brew. I usually walk straight past the wine and spirits, but their appears to be plenty. While I wish the selection of South African wines was a larger, I have always been able to find something new to try. All the other usual spirits are on hand as well. With decent location, adequate parking, clean, friendly staff, and plenty of craft beer choices, I highly recommend this ABC. read more

I went here last week specifically to get the Firefly Vodka sweet tea with pink lemonade mixed cocktail. I was not able to find it. An employee offered assistance and helped me look. Once confirming they did not carry it he offered other suggestions and was very polite and helpful. They have a large selection, so if they don't have exactly what you are looking for there are plenty of alternatives to choose from. PS. Their parking sucks. I was extremely pleased with ABC's wine selection. I was able to find four Californian Sauvignon Blancs that I hadn't tried before for under $12 a bottle. This store is great! Great prices on everything. I love wine and i was very happy to know that I can get Moscato for only 7.99 The cashier was extremely funny and was a great help. I was looking for my favorite bottle of wine, so I decided to stop at ABC Fine Wine & Spirits. I have never been to this store at all. There were a few customers in the store, not too busy. I saw one ABC team member at the register, and another one on the floor assisting customers. I walked around the store looking for the wine section. The ABC team member that was helping some customers, acknowledged me even though he was busy. He asked me what could he help me to find. I told him I was looking for a bottle of wine called Stella Rosa (My favorite red wine). He said he would be right with me. When he returned, he asked me again for the name of the wine. He seemed unfamiliar with the wine. He got some assistance from the other ABC team member and we located the bottle. The only had the white wine and I wanted the red. He suggested that I try Costa Rosa, that it was a customer favorite, and that Olive Garden serves it. I was not too keen because I just wanted the Stella Rosa. Bryan assured me that I would like it or that I could return it if I did not like it (after a few sips, of course).
