It's a liquor store so there's that. But the staff is super friendly. The store is full of almost everything you could want. There is a nice sized parking lot. And the prices are right. They do close early on Sundays so get there before 7pm if you need to go before a sport game. read more

This ABC is always neat and clean, and especially so during these new COVID-19 times. I had been tempted to order a delivery through Yelp or Drizly but we opted to just drop by as usual to save the delivery fees and/or up charges. It was fine as always. (Okay I'll admit we've been here more than our fair share during the quarantine. Hey, don't judge. The bars are closed. Haha.) Speaking of COVID, it is a bit strange that the cashiers are now behind plexiglass, but that's becoming the new norm at many stores Everything is incredibly organized and the shelves/areas are all labeled with huge signs. Prices comparable to Total Wine. New location and only a couple yr. old - love the sleek look and feel w/a clean interior. Diversity of products are a little bit limited. It will have most of what you need though. When we were initially in the middle of a pandemic, we ordered online and the process wasn't smooth despite ordering plenty of time before they closed. They have a couple spots marked off for you to park to call your order in to have someone drop off your online order to make you feel safe w/a touchless process. I ended up on canceling my order despite showing my receipt to the employee when I went inside. We were refunded the money by canceling online & I picked up the item at the store - this area def. needs improvement. Overall, service has been good because we got what we needed other times even if it required some digging in the store with help! 4/28/24 around 3:00p. I never thought that I would face discrimination in such a lovely neighborhood, until yesterday. The cashier refused to sell me alcohol because my ID does not look like me. But it was clear that it was because I did not have my wig on. Even if i was to take a NEW picture with my natural hair, it'll be an issue when I have my wig on. And I know that because that WHITE MAN at the cash register was looking for a reason to be a dick & If you want to be a dick, totally fine... but a customer was lost & I will never be going back to this liquor store as long as I live in this area. And to the other WHITE WOMAN who had the smart ass comment "There's a Publix down the street", I for sure did go there and made my purchase. I totally forgot that racism still occurs in these times, until yesterday. If you're people of color, I do not recommend going to this store, you will be judged, stereotyped, and you will face discrimination. Why would I come in to the damn store with my friend and make separate purchases if I was up to something? But based on the other reviews, it looks like racism is a common reputation for this company read more

I walked into the store, the lady behind the counter looked right and me and didn't say hello or welcome - nothing. I went to the counter with my item, said hello and she rolled her eyes at me, never looked at me or said one word to me. She never asked for my customer number. She told me the total, I asked if she needed any change, she said nothing. I paid for my item and she threw the change on the counter back at me. Very poor customer service. Normally people are friendly there but she was not and her name tag said Natasha and that she was a shift leader. read more

I'm a fan of ABC Fine Wine and Spirits... But I'm quite disappointed they closed the store near my house when this location opened. I won't drive the extra 4 miles every time I need wine or vodka, as I have other options closer to home. But with that caveat, I love this brand new store! It's big & bright, and well-stocked. The selection is nearly overwhelming, in a very good way. This store carries all the brands I knew from the old store, and as usual, lots of sale items. I enjoy trying new things, especially when they're on sale! Of course, this new location also accepts the ABC Rewards card. They have a large beer selection, including LOTS of craft beer. Plus, they have a growler pour station, with empty growers available for purchase. I also spotted a cigar section, but I didn't check it out. This is a great spot to pick up your everyday wine, spirits & beer. The parking lot is really big & well-lit, with two doors for entry. And they have shopping carts. read more

Decent bourbon selection, but zero allocated or store picks. I inquired about it with what may have been the store owner, and he was a dick. Old, grumpy man who was short with me and had an attitude. Rather than being friendly, he advertised the bourbons they DID have on the shelves and pushed those on me. Won't go back again. read more

The last few times we came to this location they do not have our beer in stock. Then when you ask for help to make sure they complain they are to busy and shorthanded to help. Very disappointed. We usually send close to $100 everytime we stop in. I guess we will find somewhere else that keeps our beer on hand. read more

I got great help picking out wines. I was buying gifts so the advice was very helpful. They even offered to gift wrap bottles. The gift wrapping experience could've been better but I really appreciate the gesture. I was able to catch a few items on sale also which meant more gifts. read more

This store is fairly new and still squeaky clean. It's very well kept yet not always stocked with what I need. I'd love to see novelty items in larger quantities as they tend to fly off the shelves. The staff, when out and about, are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They'll spend a generous amount of time helping you when you're undecided. The sales prices have me stopping by when I have an upcoming birthday party or event to attend. The gift sets around Christmas time have been a hit at every Yankee Swap I've participated in! This packie has a little of everything - Cigars, cheeses, fresh limes, gift bags, local brews, wines and liquor, snacks and sodas. ABC is the one stop shop you need for entertaining yourself or a crowd. Located right smack in front of Target on W Hillsborough by Westchase. Worth a visit on your way to or from Oldsmar. read more

When I saw this location break ground a while back, I never expected it to look this nice. From the outside the store looks very nice and the inside doesn't disappoint either. Obviously, they have a nice selection of beer, wine and spirits along with a decent selection of mixers, accessories and cigars. They have a rewards program that isn't the best out there, but it does have a few perks. The staff is very friendly and the prices in the store are about average. I prefer going to ABC over other liquor stores because ABC is about five times bigger than most liquor stores in the area. ABC is spacious and you can walk around comfortably and browse. read more

This is a new ABC liquor that was just built and you can tell. Everything here is is well organized, clean, and new. They have some random things that you can ask to taste if you're ever interested in sampling thing. There is a temperature and humidity controlled cigar room in the back of the store. Very cool! He staff is nice and helpful if you need them. The prices here are pretty good in comparison to other liquor stores in the area and the selection is amazing. I'll def be coming back here. read more

Whether it's wine or a nice bourbon or unique beer, this is the place you should go. Forget about total wine. That place is like Walmart. And their prices are higher than ABC on everything. Not to mention ABC will price match. Get to know the manager and join their membership. I would actually pay more to be able to just buy my spirits from ABC.
