I respectfully tell him again that he's misunderstood me and I'm happy to explain briefly if he's willing to listen without interrupting. He said he's not interested. I find it hard to understand how he thinks he knows what I'm about to say when I got a total of less than 2 sentences in while he spoke for about 5 minutes of completely irrelevant info. I then thought of the tv commercials about ServPro.?I never thought that we would ever be in need of that kind of service. I started to try and clean it up myself with a shop vac, squeegee, broom and a couple of box fans but soon realized it was a lot bigger job. After contacting ServPro Nixa/Branson they were here within 2 hours. They set up 9 air devices, removed the insulation that was soaked along with the carpet pad that soaked. It took three days to dry out and replace the damaged materials then shampoos the carpet. They used detectors to make sure everything was completely dry. Their team was very professional, went right to work. Very friendly and thoroughly explained what they were going to do how long it would take. I know it only takes a few days to start having mold and mildew to form which is a bigger problem. Thank you for a job well done.

Plus, there are no redonkulous "maintenance" fees - no fees at all, actually - and that was a big selling point for me after losing money time and time again to my old bank. I visited today with a list of like, forty items to take care of and my teller was amazingly patient and efficient, so that spurred me to give them a Yelp shout-out in review form.
