They found the reason for it was an issue with standing water in the crawl space. The solution was easy to figure out. They had to do mold remediation and then I had them install a vapor barrier, a French drain and a sump pump after correcting the level of the ground so it drained correctly to ensure it didn't become a reoccurring issue. They came out and did all of this in a timely fashion, and believe me I am glad that I had them do the inspection and fix the issues because frankly mold is just no joke and something you DO NOT want to play around with. I am so glad I had Dog Gone Mold come out and address the issue. I sleep so much better at night knowing I am not breathing that stuff in.

I definitely recommend calling dog gone mold for all your mold needs!

Chad was a great help by showing up in a timely manner and helping me with the insurance company and keeping me informed every step of the way. Thanks again, Chad.

I respectfully tell him again that he's misunderstood me and I'm happy to explain briefly if he's willing to listen without interrupting. He said he's not interested. I find it hard to understand how he thinks he knows what I'm about to say when I got a total of less than 2 sentences in while he spoke for about 5 minutes of completely irrelevant info. If he was too busy or not interested he should've sent me to voicemail or politely explained without hatefully wasting my time.

They completely remediated our crawl space of extensive mold and fungal growth. They removed debris and trash in the crawl space that was left over from previous contractors. J.R. provided all his paperwork (certification, etc.) when he came to do the initial estimate. His honesty and professionalism were a welcome breath of fresh air. I will (and already have) recommended them to several people.

Despite the fact that I usually do something kind of embarrassing when I visit SFCB (once I accidentally flung the drive-through plastic tube out my window... I don't know guys, this is just my life), the attendants are nearly always super sweet and accomodating. When I came here I didn't understand the process of writing a check to withdraw money from my account, and they walked me through that with lots of grace despite the fact that I was like, "HUH?!?!?!?!?" They're great. They also were insanely proactive during the Target data breach debaucle and called me to cancel my card just as a precaution, which I appreciated. Plus, there are no redonkulous "maintenance" fees - no fees at all, actually - and that was a big selling point for me after losing money time and time again to my old bank. I visited today with a list of like, forty items to take care of and my teller was amazingly patient and efficient, so that spurred me to give them a Yelp shout-out in review form. If you're a Springfieldian who's unsatisfied with your bank on any level, make the switch. You will NOT regret it with these guys.

I've owned Martins, Epiphones, and so on during the last twenty years but my Ibanez is by far the best, not because of the way it sounded (but yes it sounds awesome) but because of the way it feels when I play it. I have small hands and finding the right neck is something I've always struggled with. My Ibanez always felt just right though. So after years of struggling I just said screw it, I'm going to do it the easy way. Walking into the Acoustic Shoppe with my saddest puppy dog eyes on I walked it over to their luthier Liz. I asked her if she could measure the neck shape, radius and nut width and point me in the right direction. She was more than happy to take some time off of her current project to do so and when she was done because the salesmen were all occupied she pointed me in the direction of five different guitars by Breedlove and Eastman, and suggested I start with them. When an associate became available she snagged him and gave him a brief explanation of what I was looking for. Step in Corey. Man that dude rocks! He saw that I had narrowed it down to three guitars by the time he showed up, and spend the time to go over the pros and cons of them. He's one of those musicians who can show you what a guitar can sound like, without making you feel like an idiot for how you play it after he hands it back to you. That's kind of a rare quality in somebody selling guitars. He was extremely patient and after twenty years of trying to find that perfect guitar he knew I wasn't going to make a snap decision. It didn't matter that I wasn't looking for a $3,000 guitar. He just wanted to see me walking out the door with a guitar I was going to actually want to play. So not long after that I walked out with my new Breedlove Discovery S in mahogany. I've only set it down long enough to eat, sleep and write this review. Man I finally own a guitar I love as much as the first one I got twenty years ago!
