We Had a great experience! The staff was friendly, the office was clean, and the dentist was very professional and gentle with my 9 year old daughter. Many other specialists denied the root canel procedure but the dentist here went ahead and treated my daughter. I immediately felt comfortable and well taken care of with Dr. Michael (yes, that's how he refers to himself!). His bedside manner is impeccable, and he has just the right balance of professionalism, humor, and kindness that you want from your dentist. He walked me through absolutely everything in my x-rays and entertained my very many questions. And the cleaning was very thorough, gentle, and very much needed! Since switching from private insurance I've been searching for a great dentist to send my children to. Being that we are in the middle of a pandemic it was nice that no one was in the waiting room and we were called in in less than 10 minutes. My 6 year old ALWAYS cries at the dentist even though the ones we've gone to are pediatric only. I was so pleasantly surprised that not one tear was dropped at today's visit. For the first visit they allowed us back with the kids but mentioned future visits the children will have to go alone. I'm not so found of this fact but grateful they were up front so I keep that in mind and prepare myself and the kids for next time. I was also nervous taking my one year old for the first time and the staff was so sweet and understanding that she wasn't quite ready to say " AH. " We definitely recommend visiting this location. I have been a patient at ABC for close to 10 years and now the dentist of friends and family. The experience they have is unmatched - I did my research and no one can top this place. Due to my parent's exceptional health care insurance, I've experienced great dental care as a dependent. As I've gotten older, it's much harder to come across such care with feasible pricing. Though I haven't been able to schedule in an appt yet, the care I've received from Dr. Doan goes above and beyond. After a frantic scare with another Dentist, who's office I left with a lot of questions and fear of returning for any further treatment, Dr. Doan set me right by properly informing me of my options and walking me through what I can expect. What a relief to have someone who takes personal interest and care in their possible patients. I felt secure again. He's pretty booked up, hence why I turned to another dentist. I've been dragging my feet on getting into the Dentist, and finally found some time between my night shifts in the ER. I'm glad I came in! I was running late for my appointment, but they took me in right away, with no waiting! Dr. Nguyen said that I needed a deeper cleaning than usual due to tartar buildup under the gums. I'm used to inflicting pain on people with needles, now it's time for someone else to return the favor to me, but to my surprise it was much less painful than I expected. I've been coming here for a very long time, and wouldn't recommend going anywhere else for dental work. Dr. Nguyen and staff are awesome, and really treat you like family (they've had the same staff for over 15 years!). I like that Dr. Nguyen takes his time to explain things in away that you can understand. He really cares about you, the patient and goes the extra mile. I am a candyholic...so much that I have over 4 porcelain teeth, have had 15 cavities in my lifetime, and 5 root canals- and I'm only 22-years-old. They weren't all treated by ABC Dental however, because of my extensive resume of dental work, I can definitely testify that this has been the best dentist I've been to. There is no pain during the treatment process and have never experienced the intolerable root canal pain everyone has made me fear for eating too many sweets. It may sound like I have horrible teeth, but they are in fact sparkly white and very healthy...aside from the the cavities I keep getting (thanks to ABC Dental!) I have referred plenty of family members and friends during emergencies or a typical "I need to see a dentist" situation. Very pleased with their service. It was my 3 year olds first dentist app and he love it. Never thought my kid would be so happy after he saw the dentist. My son had some plaque on his molars so before he did the cleaning he explained to me how he needed to use an adult tool and I must admit I was scared. But once I saw how gentle he was I was relieved my son barely felt anything. The dentist was so attentive to my child's needs and even incorporated my sons tmnt toys while he did the cleaning.I can't forget the about the staff. First was very easy to find . Parking is thought was going to be a issue however they do have designated parking spot for there patients. Now the staff is so nice, I can't stress enough how nice that they are . My daughter 2 years old and we all know that can be a challenge when working with little ones . However they work well . I visited ABC Dental for the first time this week, the service was excellent. The staff is great, and friendly. Dr.Lewis is funny,easy going, easy to talk too. He takes the time to explain what type of work you need, and what is the best method. Once my consultation, and cleaning was done. I booked both my daughters for checkups. The location may be a bit deceiving, BUT never judge a book by its cover. The dental group is up to date with their equipment. They have digital x-rays,which is safer for everyone, and individual treatment rooms with TV's. I didn't feel like I was in a dental "chop Shop" where multiple patients are getting work done in the same treatment room. This is a big factor to me. My brothers had been patients before I started going here and they were so happy with their visits that I changed my insurance just to come here; best decision I ever made in terms of dental care. My kids and I have been going here for a few years now. When we first switched over my kids both whined and complained, but at the first visit, they fell in love with the new office. The receptionist, hygienist, dentist(s), and staff are all so nice and personable. They took my children in and made them feel comfortable enough that I was able to be seen concurrently in a separate area. This may not sound like a big deal, but my son was very scared of dentists because we had a very bad experience at Children's Dentistry (Dr. Barconey) where the hygienist actually YELLED at my son while he was in the dental room (they didn't allow parents to go with the children - now I see why)...Not to go off-topic, I just wanted to say that so people could understand just how much of a difference this experience has been. Anyways, this is a great dental office. The staff explain everything that they're doing, they take pictures of your teeth and show you on the screen / TV in front of you so that you can see the areas that they are referring to, and the dentists take their time and communicate with you. I especially like that they joke around to make you feel more comfortable. My kids see Dr. David and after they were done, he took me to the side and explained everything I needed to know about their visits. read more

Final Decision: Fast, Friend, Fearless The dreaded fear that most people have about the dentist is the fear of the drilling sound. Or it could be the association of dental pain from seeing them. Or it could be just the news that the dentist would share with you during the exam. Well if you have any of these, you will not see them with the dentists here. It was my first visit to this place and I haven't been to a dentist in years. Immediately when I showed up, I was initially welcomed by the receptionist and started filling out forms and done within minutes. My dentist actually came out to greet me and introduced himself. I gave him the low down and my fears and Dr. Doan reassured that everything should be a-ok. They took the usual xrays, but what was cool was when I sat down in the examining chair. They used small fiberoptic technology to visually show you the insides of your teeth and engage you as a patient show you can actually see what inside your mouth instead of taking the dentist's word from his mouth. Definitely reinforces what you learn and see. After about 15 minutes of examining and few medium force scrapes (needed that since I haven't been to a dentist in forever), the cleaning and exam was all set. I found that I needed to return for a follow up later to take care of some cavities, but the visit was a very pleasurable one. I spent most of the time on the chair just chit chatting with the dentist and hygienist. It was a very friendly and pressure free environment. Had I had Dr. Doan as my dentist as a child, I don't think I would have had the fears I had years ago. Now if only I can find myself a dentist for a wife, I may have it made, but I guess he will work for now. read more

I went to quite a few dentists before settling on ABC Dental for the last 10 years - the staff here is incredibly friendly, I've never had to wait long and Dr. Nguyen has a very gentle touch. Getting fillings done here is painless. I also recently had my first (and only hopefully!) crown done here. I just left here after getting an extraction and it was the best experience I've had at the dentist. Dr.D really does break everything down in an understandable way and Michelle the dental assistant walked me through all the extra and camera images of each tooth.
