We had such a wonderful experience at The Baby Tooth Studio today. Dr. Jen was incredibly patient and kind with our children. Our daughter Jordan did great and was very cooperative during her visit. Our son Judah, on the other hand, was a bit of a handful and really did not want to be checked at all. He even ended up biting Dr. Jen's finger--but she handled the situation with so much patience, understanding, and grace. Judah didn't want anyone looking in his mouth, let alone cleaning his teeth, but Dr. Jen went above and beyond to make both kids feel safe and comfortable. The entire team was amazing and made sure the kids had plenty of distractions, from their favorite cartoons to fun, dental-themed toys. Our kids were so happy by the end of the visit, and they were even sent home with lots of goodies. We highly recommend The Baby Tooth Studio to any parents with little children. As a first time Mom and my 2 year old son's first trip to the dentist, I cannot recommend Dr. Jen and her staff more! The studio itself is definitely the cutest dentist office I've ever been in. You can see from the moment you walk in the amount of care and intention they've taken to make the littles (and parents) feel comfortable, engaged and unafraid. Awesome wall murals, kid sized tables filled with toys and stuffed animal friends that get to sit in the chair with your child. My son especially liked playing with the trucks and trains! Oh and bubbles, can't forget about the bubbles!! We were both greeted with comforting smiles and kind words from all of the staff - shout out to Raquel who did an amazing job cleaning my son's teeth. We are incredibly lucky to have Dr. Jen! My son has been seeing her since he was one and I'm AMAZED by how well she is able to care for my son. My son is autistic so he has a lot of sensitivities but Dr. Jen is miraculously able to calmly go in to do her thing! I was the most impressed when I found out that Dr. Jen actually called my son's pediatrician to learn more about him to provide him the best care. Our daughter is one and it was time for her first dental appointment- as you can imagine, you want to find a great dentist for your child especially for their first. When I say I am extremely happy with Baby Teeth- it is an understatement. Dr Jen and her team curated the whole appointment experience with kids in mind: from toys and kid-sized furniture in the waiting area with bright colors and names on the wall, to discussing appointment intake/concerns in the waiting area before taking kids in the back (less time in the chair for kiddos), to offering comfortable toys or shows during the appointment and making sure to explain or have the kids touch dental tools before putting them in their mouths to make it all less "scary." Dr Jen was also very informative helping to educate us adults on young dental care. We learned a lot - she's very approachable, and you can tell she has a passion for dental care. For anyone looking for a dentist for their little one, we just went to Baby Teeth Studio and we loved the place! There was plenty of street parking in the morning. When we arrived to the office, there was a big welcome sign with all her little patients' name, including our little guy's name. It was a kind gesture! The location is very clean too. Ms. Raquel, at the front desk, was very kind and took our information. Then, Dr. Jen took her time to get to know our little guy and make him feel comfortable before he got his first check up. While doing so, she answered all of our questions and gave us some tips.
