Long overdue..... ABC is my #1 choice getting any of my cars painted. I been to ABC 3 times in the last 2 years for 3 different fixes. 1st visit was a deep door ding on the passenger side of my car. I had it appraised two other places before trying ABC. They had the best price and because they had the best price I automatically thought they probably wouldn't be above standards. After reading the great reviews on YELP I decided I would close my eyes and hope for the best. Not only did they match the paint perfectly, Ray (owner with brother Augustine) said I could have the car back the next day. They definitely delivered.... it was a flawless transition and till this day, the paint looks perfectly blended with the originally paint. 2nd visit, bottom 2 photos, was installing a more aggressive rear bumper on my car. They had to remove the old bumper, install the new one and then paint. I asked Ray if he can take before, during, and after photos and he gladly agreed to do so. Once again ABC matched it perfectly and love the new look of the rear bumper. 3rd time (most recent - March 2018) top photo, unfortunately, someone rear ended me and dinged the back passenger side of the bumper..... brought it back to Ray and his team for repair, prime and paint. Working with ABC Auto Body Collision has been the best car repair experience I've had. They first repaired damage to my Lexus, which has a very unusual paint color (Black Satin) and you cannot even tell that there was repair done as the job was done perfectly. The insurance adjustor met me at ABC and Augustin pointed out other areas on the car that needed repair that I didn't notice, got them covered and got my deductible waived!!! Wait WHAT?? Everyone in the area should go to this shop! In late July, I did a number on my brand new Toyota Corolla. I didn't think it was a big deal, but Toyotas are made out of marshmallows apparently! I called two shops that my insurance uses, and they both quoted me 2-3 days for an appointment. They also didn't really care about staying open so I could come in really quick. I found ABC on Google and called them at 5:45p.m. on a Friday, right before they close, and the owner was so sweet, he told me to come on in! I came in so upset and he took me in right away, showed me everything he was calculating and told me how the whole process would work. And then he even offered me a ride to the rental car place. Fast forward to picking up my car. It was worth the wait. The car was flawless and spotless. Never in 3 days of constant interraction did he reveal anything about it until I took it to the mechanic. I came into the shop because I was recommended by a friend he told me they did excellent work here and had excellent customer service. Well before coming here I went to another shop where they're estimator was just really rude and felt like he was rushing me and trying to get other things done and not answering my questions completely because I asked information about the paint they used and how long the process would take to paint my rear spoiler and Corner louvers he said 2 - 3 days I was surprised because they were just small pieces so i left and came to ABC Auto body Collision where ray answered all my concerns about the paint and process and even showed me different ways to mount my corner louvers and and which would be most effective then just double-sided tape .they are very friendly and took their time with me I don't feel rushed at all or that they have more important things to do then my car. So then I asked when would my pices be done by he said you can pick them up tomorrow afternoon I said perfect. Next day came and they where painted nicely no runs or dirts in the clear.and when I installed them I scratch my trunk lid on the corner so I came back In to see how much they would charge me for a touch up they where very nice and said it's alright ill take care of you.that made my day=) excellent customer service great work definitely recommend to other people looking for a shop that cares for your business. read more
