When I questioned the price, she stormed out of the building, throwing a tantrum like my four year old doesn't even have. Even though there is a price policy, she changes it on the fly. They have all of the kids in one area, no separated by age, which is a huge safety concern. My son came home with a deep cut on his hand and two deep scratches on his forehead. No one knew what happened....but they advertise they have cameras. If no one knows what happened, that means my son was not being watched. The owner refuses to ever speak directly with parents. Instead, she wants to text. It is very annoying, but at least it give me documented evidence of everything. There is no "he said/she said" when I have the text receipts. Please parents, look everywhere. This was a last minute/out of other options type deal where I needed something same day. It's a warning sign that they sell toys and makeup...and offer service like notary. Focus on the care of the kids instead! Never again!!!

My grandson was a student at this school. He was only 4 years old and was abused my one of the…read moreteachers here who still works here, because the owner/director doesn't care. In fact, I had given her ample opportunity to correct the problem she chose to have him be taken out of daycare or transferred to another facility and keep the abuser around smaller kids infants and toddlers to be specific. Her explanation was she was there a long time and she denied it and if she did it she would definitely do it again. How sick is that ? She then suggested we bring him Accord's town to her Richmond location which would've been harder on us and, it is where she worked. It has been almost 5 months she blocked my calls so unprofessional and decided to take teachers word. Also, they film your kids yes take horrible videos of them acting out. It was brought to our attention that Louis had a temper tantrum and they videotaped it and allowed him to continue for 15 minutes without consolation they in fact, told one of the teachers to leave him alone who was going over to him to console him! Upon investigating what happened to him it was the first thing that came out of there mouths ,after calling him a liar until I had to step in front of the abuser because she was noticing intimidating him. He was acting very strange and scared and also confused. We stayed longer I talked to him and we waited for them to close because we thought someone else was there and then I asked him to point her out he did! Then he said SHE HIT ME and called me a puppy he demonstrated and then said she made me cry and made me angry. (She didn't call him a puppy, she in fact was Hispanic and called him papi). The owner is African the teachers are mostly Hispanic one is about 23 who was in fact his teacher! They are all liars and I would never recommend this place, it's hazardous my Grandson still randomly tells people about the incident it's been 5 months we still don't have him in daycare . It's funny that they had a video of him catching a tantrum and not of when he ran away to go to the restroom after the same lady threatened him that he wouldn't have pizza which is his favorite. She ran behind him and beat him in the bathroom pinching his ears and all. I really think she doesn't like black kids. They cover for each other and lie. He is traumatized! We are too and very hurt! The director will feed you a bunch of nonsense because she protects her teachers not the students she doesn't care about those kids she has multiple locations and should not be around kids. She allows this to happen but would swear she is not about that but she is evil and conniving! I believed her until she said she was going to be on the look out like why would you jeopardize children? WHY? Just horrible !!Below I posted the teacher who abused my grandson I could have called the police but, she sold me a bunch of empty promises and did absolutely nothing!!NOTHING she is a horrible person and the teacher also.
