Absolutely love this school. Ms. Shae runs this school like a well oiled machine. It is always clean, the staff is friendly and they handle your child as if it were their own. We get super prompt responses to inquiries and the convenience of the location is unmatched. Our son (3 yrs) has been attending TLE for around 5 months and our daughter (2 yrs) started recently. They both love the school and are excited to go. The staff is great and friendly. The school seems to be run very well, and considering the covid situation their cleaning procedures seem to work very well, there's been no cases since we've been attending. Love this school! My kid has been here since my maternity leave ended and now she's almost 2. She knows sign language, colors, numbers, etc. The teachers are caring and enthusiastic about their kids, the director is hands on and puts great effort into the school's activities. Both of my daughters have attended TLE Eldridge since age 2. My oldest daughter is now 5 and has started kindergarten and my youngest is now 3 and is still attending TLE Eldridge. The teachers here are amazing and the curriculum they teach has really set my oldest daughter on a firm educational foundation which is shining through now that she is in kindergarten. In only her second week of kindergarten, my daughter's new teacher has already noted that she is extremely well prepared and was the only student out of the whole class to receive a perfect score on her letter recognition pre-test. We love the Learning Experience, I can't say enough good things about this daycare! Aimee is the sweetest teacher and leads the Prepper classroom. My 2 year old son adores her and talks about her constantly at home :) she always has a smile on her face and is so good with the little ones. The facility is new, clean, and organized. My daughter is having a great time at this school. The staff have been great from the first time I called the front desk, up to my everyday interactions with her teachers. They have made my almost-two year old daughter's transition from home to preschool super easy. The Director made it a point to let me know that she had personally looked in at my daughter and was happy to let me know that she was fitting right in and doing great. The owner also made a point to leave me his information and let me know he was available if I had need of anything. My child suffered - domestic violence from a teacher named Mrs Lili that hit him hard in his head. -lost a lot of weight because she was lazy to feed him,not even peel a tangerine she wouldn't do it. -we informed the school office,what my son told us what the teacher did to him, -even showed them a video of him showing how the teacher hit him -my child is traumatized, -everytime we pass the road of where the school located,he starts crying and start screaming "no Mrs Lili no Mrs Lili" he thinks we are going to drop him to school -till today we never got an apologie - very disappointed Here is the story: wouldn't never put a child in this daycare because my 3 year old son was there for 3 months,he was still learning how to eat by himself and use the bathroom,one thing we informed Mrs Shae the bussiness manager of the daycare when we first went there to get information of the daycare She promised us that the teachers would help him to eat and teach him how to use the bathroom alone ,all lies my son used to come back home starving and thirsty everyday,cause the teachers wouldn't help him eat,he lost a lot of weight because of that,I used to call the School almost everyday to beg the teacher to feed him,I even used to put his favorite food in his bag in case he didn't want to eat the food from school which was new to him because we just moved to America 4 months ago,and all is so new to him but not even the food from home they used to give him,when we used to call and ask if he ate the teachers used to say he ate 3 spoons of his food from home and cookies só from 7 am till 6pm that's basicly what he used to eat.All fruits,yogurts,apple sauce,orange juice and cooked food I used to put in his bag used to come back home everyday,I used to ask myself what he ate all day long... After 2 months on begging the teachers to fed him and given them tips how to make him eat,I was dressing my son and saw that his clothes wasn't fitting him anymore he lost so much weight to that point I was very sad and called the director of the school and explained all again she said she would talk to the teacher Mrs Lili his teacher to see what was going on,I dont know what happened I only know that my son came back home and 2 days later came to us and said that Mrs Lili hit him hard in his head he was repeatly saying that and doing the same gestures for days,so we dicided to go to the school office and inform them that... Till today no call no email no apologies Very disappointed The complaining is only about that teacher named Mrs Lili...there's another teacher name Mrs moni she was fine my son used to love her... We looked at multiple schools in the energy corridor area for my then 2 year old. But we finally chose TLE. I'm glad we did. Because it's probably the best school around here. My daughter is now learning sign language and Spanish. She is writing alphabets and numbers. They also teach science. The staff are very friendly and the teachers are wonderful. During this difficult time it was hard deciding if I wanted to keep my son in daycare, but here at The Learning Experience they made it easy for me to decide. The procedures they have in place to ensure the safety of the children and the staff is amazing. They were able to give me a thorough layout of the sanitation process and how they would separate the children. Our sweet boy was one of the first babies at TLE and he's approaching his 3rd birthday this January. Our two little ones attend TLE and we love it! The owners are present and very welcoming and the director is very attentive and responsive. We have been pleased with the teachers here. They are nurturing and if ever an issue arises, they work with you to figure out a solution. There is a good balance between teaching the curriculum and allowing kids to play and explore. I think TLE is a great school. The staff is always so friendly when I call and when I come in. I haven't had any bad experience with TLE's care for my daughter.
