YUMMY! decided to visit while i was in town since i always hear good things. i got the steak salad,…read moregarlic fries, and PB smoothie! the area is an open area where you order and pay then sit down like a cafe. i really enjoyed the PB smoothie it wasn't overly sweet and had a great PB flavor. the salad was good with lots of steak, but id ask for the dressing on the side next time. I really liked the garlic fries, super crispy with a soft texture and it had a very strong garlic flavor. the portion sizes were honestly huge and i definitely want to be back to try more items! super cute date night spot too with a lot of seating area with booths as well. there isn't much of a service interaction but my food came out quick and everyone was friendly

Coffee on the other hand I'll update the next time , I added a star the hot chocolate was good , Staff there are always very friendly and helpful. A lot of the local Amazon team members order their lunches here or pick up breakfast burritos . Nice that more community events have been added like the cars and coffee 2nd Saturday of the month and they did a lot for mother's day , their custom cakes and cookies looking better and better ! I love the triple berry pie and quiche. Also to the people who are complaining about bringing puppies or dogs into the restaurant you looked at the laws ? When you could certainly go in and buy your food and the other, could sit at a table outside with the puppy I love dogs and a pet plenty of them, but it states and unless it's a service animal, they should be in bakeries or restaurants. https://www.sfdph.org/dph/eh/food/Animals.asp#:~:text=California%20Food%20Code%20generally%20prohibits,animals%20and%20law%20enforcement%20animals.

Their "croissant" sandwiches, however, were not really croissant and more like crescent dough. A bit too doughy at that; we thought the ratio of sandwich contents (ham and swiss) to dough was off. Since they make their items fresh daily maybe the consistency might change in the future? Don't think we'd get it again though. Other than that, their scones, cookies, and 7 layer bar were delicious. I can't wait to try more of their selection when I'm back!

Hello my name is Kevin B. and I am a donut-a-holic (many voices in unison) "Hello Kevin B."…read more While I don't need to have a donut every day or even every week, there are times when I do when I just cannot resist having 2 or 3 or... yes even 4. Hey I'm not proud of being an occasional donut glutton, but it's not easy to control myself.... they are just toooo yummy! I noticed Ramos while driving by and decided to stop. I walk in the door and look over the display case. One thing I immediately notice is the donuts are a bit darker than most I see. But oooh they look tasty... maple, chocolate, glazed, buttermilk, apple fritters... YUM! I choose a maple buttermilk and an apple fritter. Now a lot of the time when I get an apple fritter, I could wring the excess grease or oil out if it. Yeah, kinda disgusting, right? However there was no noticeable excess oil in this fritter! It was crispy on the outside, light and soft on the inside and the sugar glaze wasn't on too thick or too sweet either. This had to be THE BEST apple fritter I've ever had! The buttermilk had a very light crispiness to it too, very tasty too! So yes, I am a donut-a-holic and it's a very good thing Ramos Donut House is a 7 hour drive away. If it were nearby I would definitely have to enroll in a 12 step program..... or go on a major diet!

The wait was long but only because there was one person doing everything and the customer in front of us kept her busy. I'm glad we were patient because those donuts were excellent, particularly the buttermilk bar which wasn't sweet at all and not glazed. I don't remember the last time I was able to find an unglazed buttermilk bar. They happen to be one of my favorite donuts when done right, so I was really happy. You could tell it was made with buttermilk.
